"Head Housekeeper is amazing!"

This hotel could do with an update but it is clean, the breakfasts were good and the staff are amazing. We stayed here for two nights last week and on the second day I discovered I'd brought two right feet sandals with me (thanks Boohoo!) just before we were due to leave the hotel for a funeral. My husband asked the cleaning team if there was anywhere close by where I could quickly go to to buy a new pair of shoes. There was an Asda a 10 minute drive along the road but we didn't have a car. Shortly after, the Head Housekeeper Kirsty knocked on our door and offered to take me there! I couldn't believe it. Talk about going above and beyond! Anyway, Kirsty drove me to the Asda store and even came in to help me find an alternative pair of shoes that I could wear with my dress. Absolutely amazing. You'll not get that level of dedication in many other establishments. THANK YOU KIRSTY!!!

"Comfy and very convenient for the airport"

Our second time staying here when flying out of Manchester Airport. The hotel is due to be refurbished so it can look a little tired in places but the room we had was clean and tidy. Check in was good. The parking situation was made clear to us (don't park in the numbered spaces!). We ate in the attached restaurant. One new member of staff, learning the job, but service was good and friendly. The food was really good

"Great place for early airport flights"

Comfortable and functional hotel. Great location for Manchester Airport. Watch out for the newly changed parking and avoid all numbered spaces which require you to pay, a lot, to park.

Arrived at 1am after a delayed flight, booked into our hotel room and went straight to bed. In the morning we were disgusted to see the room was filthy and looked like it hadn't been serviced for weeks, didn't stay very long after that and complained to the manager who said she would look into it, but like everything else nothing's happened. Won't be booking into anymore Premier Inn's. Got in touch myself to no abode.
