Manchester Airport (Heald Green) hotel

We had an excellent stay at Premier Inn Heald Green and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room was perfect – spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal if you’re flying from Manchester Airport, as it’s only a short drive away, making it incredibly convenient for early morning flights or late arrivals. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole hotel was well maintained. We genuinely can’t fault our stay. Don’t be put off by some of the negative reviews – our experience was completely different. This is definitely the best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in, and we travel regularly. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay near the airport.

We stopped at this Premier Inn for the night before our flight from Manchester Airport. We've stayed here before because the location is perfect for catching the train to the airport (station next to the hotel) for a twilight bag drop and the hotel is a 6 min drive from the car parking at the airport when it's time to fly. The Premier Inn is exactly that a good basic place to stay for the night, check-in was easy and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any tea or coffee in our room on arrival but this wasn't an issue as there was plenty available in reception. We didn't eat here so unable to comment.

Stayed at this Premier Inn before flying out on holiday. Check went smoothly, although I found the receptionist, Emma, I think she was called, a little rude. I was allocated a room on the ground floor, no smell, as mentioned by other reviews. The room was spotlessly clean, tea/coffee filled and refilled when required. Comfortable bed and great shower. Yes, you can hear the planes, but you're staying at an Airport Hotel at the end of the day so what do you expect! I didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening, but had breakfast there in the morning, which was plentiful, but they do need extra staff on, as too much for one person. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and the staff were pleasant, I would stay again as its value for money and close to the Airport.

Stayed here last night before a flight. Having read the reviews I was a little worried about our stay however I shouldn’t have been. we were checked in on reception by a nice man. Our room was really nice one of the newish ones so it had Aircon. The pillows and the mattress were amazing like with all premier inns. Overall I would come here again. It could use with having a lift though

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights One accessible for my mother and one for myself. Both rooms were totally unacceptable. There was mould in the accessible bathroom and the floor in the other bathroom was sagging. The rooms were dark and depressing and we left after the first night. Breakfast was also under par. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff who were pleasant and accommodating. It is unfortunate for them that they have to deal with complaints about a substandard hotel. It is not a very good advertisement for Premier In. Or Manchester if overseas visitors are staying here.
