    "My room i got what I asked for when I booked it and the staff were very helpful and always on hand if needed I will be staying a"
    I have just come back from a weekend stay and I esten st the restaurant of the hotel on Friday and Saturday night and we we served by jo and she looked after us and also all the staff are very helpful and I will be staying st the heald Green Premier inn again next month
    "Second time not good"
    Stayed here last year and it was fine , ideal for the airport , stayed again a few days ago and not so good, the room was ok but the bathroom was so tiny and smelly, the bath was so small , shower curtain had mould on it and stunk of pee. The door was rotten at the bottom , carpet was filthy and the window had mould and bugs all over it will not be staying again.

    Stayed here for 13 nights. Sam, Jo & team were very welcoming polite and friendly. Regardless of how busy or not the hotel was.
    "Not like Premire inn we used to have"
    Its bit disappointment with this Premier inn , I always choose Premier inn because its clean and comfortable , breakfast is standard evey hotel . but not this one . the room is small and smelly , No ventilation in room , you need to open the window , which is not possible due to big noise from Airplane landing . Asked to make up the room , seems they ignored , nothing was done , we lived in with trash and used towel in 2nd day . Breakfast is not buffet , you need to order , the staff is no so friendly ( or may be its individual , ordered one thing , brought another , asked bring 2 fried egg , only brought one . just ignore , bring whatever in their menu ) . maybe I am not lucky .

    Rooms are in need of a refurb. Very dated, however staff member we met was lovely and the location very handy for the airport. Free parking is a bonus.
