"Quite happy"
We always stay at this hotel prior to our flight from Manchester Airport. It’s a 5 minute drive from the hotel to the airport early in the morning, so very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet location amongst houses, an airport car park and next to the railway to the airport (no sounds from trains as the station is in a dip way below ground level). Reception is manned 24 hours, so there’s always someone there, or thereabouts. Check in is quick and easy, just make sure if you have a car you don’t park in the numbered bays as they belong to the pay and display car park. The rooms are always fresh and clean, I’ve never experienced any odours or an unclean smell. This year they had new room fans which were actually remarkably effective on what was a warm August night. A small number of rooms in the new wing have air con but they’re reserved for families, single travellers rarely get a look in on those no matter how early you book. Some rooms have been refurbished, some still have a bath, with shower above, others only have a shower. There are tea and coffe making facilities. Yes, there is a little noise from planes landing or taking off, but with the windows closed you can hardly hear them at all. For a one night stay and in a hotel which presumably a high turnover of rooms each day I don’t have an issue with the accommodation. I can’t comment on the restaurant as we don’t have dinner there and always leave way before breakfast is served. I’m already booked in for my 2 holidays next year.

"Needs updating"
This place is ok if you want to be near airport and airport parking sites.stayed he years ago but since then it's gone down hill.we had a ground floor family room it was dusty cleaning needed to be better there was some sort of Aircon what doesn't really blow any air so went to ask for a fan a reception waited there 15 min but there was no staff on reception they where in the restaurant as they now got to do check in take orders for food fetch the orders and also do the bar I don't blame the staff as there only one person on I blame premier inn for the cost cutting.we also had the evening meal here because of the only one member of staff we saw our food platted up in the kitchen it stayed there for over 10 min when we did eventually get it it wasn't very warm we did complain and they brought us some hot chips out.we rather had the whole meal hot.The restaurant also needs a revamp looks very tired also the big lampshades full of dust you could write your name in them.

"Poor"
When we arrived early there was no one in reception to assist us. A girl did show up however we felt we were putting her out by being there. No offer to take our luggage as it was early arrival. No information was offered.

"Best premier inn we've stayed at!"
We had an excellent stay at Premier Inn Heald Green and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room was perfect – spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is ideal if you’re flying from Manchester Airport, as it’s only a short drive away, making it incredibly convenient for early morning flights or late arrivals.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole hotel was well maintained. We genuinely can’t fault our stay. Don’t be put off by some of the negative reviews – our experience was completely different. This is definitely the best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in, and we travel regularly.
We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay near the airport.

"Convenient stay for the airport."
We stopped at this Premier Inn for the night before our flight from Manchester Airport. We've stayed here before because the location is perfect for catching the train to the airport (station next to the hotel) for a twilight bag drop and the hotel is a 6 min drive from the car parking at the airport when it's time to fly.
The Premier Inn is exactly that a good basic place to stay for the night, check-in was easy and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any tea or coffee in our room on arrival but this wasn't an issue as there was plenty available in reception.
We didn't eat here so unable to comment.
