    "Lovely receptionist"
    Adele was a lovely receptionist, remembered us from another time we had stayed here and we had a really good chat with her

    A good Premier Inn. Clean and convenient location. Best things without a doubt is the receptionist Adele. Greets you with a smile and nothing is too much. Without a doubt the best Premier Inn receptionist I have ever met. A credit to the company.

    I’ve yet to have a bad stay at this little gem of a place. Always greeted with a smile and referred to by name on arrival. Staff are very friendly and accommodating- especially the lady on the desk in the evening.

    Bathroom could have been cleaned properly and products like soap could be checked to see if there is enough before check in. Also a room for 2 adults should not have 1 large towel. Otherwise bed was comfy, room very spacious and nice.

    I recently stayed at Premier Inn Bolton West and would like to commend the team, in particular Adele, for the outstanding service we received. From the outset, Adele went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. What stood out most was the exceptional level of care and attention Adele showed towards my son, who has a disability. She took the time to make sure he felt safe, welcomed, and fully included during our stay. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication were evident throughout, and it made a significant difference to our overall experience. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed, but it was Adele’s personal commitment to delivering such a high standard of service that truly elevated our visit. Premier Inn should be very proud to have Adele as part of their team. She is a credit to the brand and an excellent example of genuine hospitality at its best. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Inn Bolton West to others and will certainly return in the future.

    Whether you're heading to the North West on business, cheering on your team at the Reebok or toasting the happy couple, the Premier Inn Hotel Bolton West puts you in a great spot to relax and get ready for your big event. And there's so much to see and do nearby, you can really make a break of it. You'll be less than a mile from the Macron Stadium and Bolton Arena, a short drive from the West Pennine Moors and near enough to zip into Manchester for the day. Then, after the main event, enjoy a hearty meal at the restaurant next to us and a well-earned rest in our big, comfy beds.
