"Outstanding hospitality, spotless rooms, and amazing value for families!"
We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. The room prices are very affordable, and everything was spotlessly clean.
A huge thank you to the breakfast staff! We only paid for one adult breakfast since my wife doesn’t eat Western food yet. Amazingly, kids eat for free here, which really helped lower our holiday expenses. My wife only sat with us to help the kids, and the staff never questioned us or made us feel uncomfortable. We never felt embarrassed, and the team made us feel completely welcome. Exceptional service and great value - we highly recommend this place!

Great location 3 minutes to motorway for South Manchester and north lakes Bolton town 10 minutes down the road and riverton just round the corner for walking and sight seeing.
Great rooms quiet location staff very welcoming.next to hotel beehive pub that did the hot buffet breakfast was plenty of choice and staff helpful. The pub did a carvery and main meals during the day and evening also a children soft play centre at the back with tables to sit out have a drink while your little angles are playing so very good place we will most definitely be back
