Bolton (Stadium/Arena) hotel

Everything about our stay was excellent from Claire, who gave us information before our booking and sorted out an accessible room after we had booked, and then Gill who looked after us superbly both at breakfast in helping out when I needed to push my husband's wheelchair. She even helped when we were packing the car ready to go home. The accessible room was truly accessible. It was an excellent size with a large wet room. All was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. A flawless stay.

I have been using this hotel for a few months due to my work location being close by. I have trialled a few hotels in the area, but this hotel is far better than the rest. Offering fantastic customer service and ensuring every stay is a great as the last. Leanne has taken every step to make sure everything within our stay has been to the high standards expected and demonstrated on every occasion. Leanne clearly stands out by always delivering First Class Customer Service.

Gill was a superstar! What a fantastic member of the team. She was so hospitable and really made me feel like such a valued customer from the moment I arrived in Bolton. Her professional yet fun character was exactly what I needed after a long car journey that morning, really brightened up my day!

Upon arrival, I wasn't told that the tv in the room wasn't working and the replacement was waiting to be installed. As for the room they now only have 1 bedside table so you have a choice either rearrange the room or 1 person has to put there stuff on the floor. The reception staff on day of arrival appeared to be lacking front of house training & their ability to deal with simple requests was negligible.. For our 2nd day the male front of house employee was extremely condescending and patronising to myself when I asked about tables. He was aware that the room that we were in did not have a functional television. He asked when we was going out so he could get it fixed (something that should have been guaranteed for the arrival of guests) i found his whole demeanor and officious manner very insulting & he seemd to be.more concerned about costs for the business than customer service and satisfaction. If it wasn't for out logistics of our stay in Bolton we would have moved hotel. After this experience, we will not return to this particular branch of the Premier Inn business

When we arrived the sanitary bin in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and although we booked a triple/family room which I had confirmation for. we were given a double room meaning someone had to sleep on the sofa bed instead for 3 nights which wasn’t comfortable.
