    "Promises Delivered."
    Always a joy to come back. Hotel has been well maintained over the years. Delivers on whatever is promised. WiFi has both free and paid options. Breakfast options are good and there are alternatives close by. Cool place to stay anytime.

    Good location for access into London via Elizabeth Line. Booking & check in very easy. Comfy rooms. Hotel and bar staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would use this hotel again

    Always happy to be back at Woolwich. Although the new woman in reception is mostly on her phone and had no clue about how to help me with the new wifi, or any other basic information... Daniel and Karina went above and beyond for us, always happy to see you again. Rooms are the same, clean and good for our family visit. Breakfast a joy ass always
