Directions: M25(J10), A3 towards London. Exit A298 (Wimbledon) and continue on A238 for approx 2 miles. Pass Sainsbury's & turn next right at traffic lights. Take right at following traffic lights. Entrance to hotel left at roundabout, then left again. The pay and display car park is not owned or operated by Premier Inn. Free parking is available for hotel guests between 5pm-9pm. "SMELLS"

pros -staff are great - free car park - location - comfy beds cons - the hotel smells of dampness on the ground floor- the corridors smell of weed - the bathrooms either leak or are damp - manager doesn't seem to address any complaints.

"Nice hotel but don’t expect a good nights sleep"

Great location to tube into central London. However the hotel is situated above a Nuffield gym which has music / bass blaring through the rooms from 6.30am. This was on top of people running through the hotel at 2am. Not good when you have children. Staff weren’t interested, although offered a room change but it wasn’t worth it you could hear the bass every where!! Room smelt as though it had been used by smokers. Everything else was very clean tidy good size. Staff in the dining room were very polite and very good applying the COVID 19 restrictions breakfast was very good.

"Very comfortable"

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and the bed was as advertised, extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space in the twin room. Most of the rooms have baths which is really important to me. You couldn’t ask for more at this price. I’ll be back next w/e!

"6 nights for work "

Never have I left anything other than a 100% positive review for premier inn before However this is the first time I will have to pick fault I also understand these are different times we are living in and things aren’t how they should be but... The food On the first night I ordered food from the very limited menu, limited even more when told there wasn’t pizza available I ordered the carbonara In ordinary circumstances I wouldn’t of fed it to me dog, but I was hungry after a 5hr drive so ate it It was the first and last time that I ate from the hotel On top of that I ordered, or tried to order a bottle of wine I was told there was only cans of wine, this whilst the person telling me was stood in front of a wine cooler full of wine I eventually got a bottle at £18.99 and was handed a plastic half pint glass to drink it from!!! Really!!! Anyway after that I got up went to work, came back slept went to work etc so can’t comment any further Other than to say, if housekeeping are meant to be wearing masks someone should tell them there isn’t much point wearing them under their chin... That being said I will stay In a prem Inn again and probably this one Just need to tighten up on a few things

Very impressed with our two night stay. Super room, clean & fresh, coffee & tea provided. The reception staff were really friendly. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
