"Very poor aircon"
Beds comfy, room clean. Aircon pathetic It was a heatwave but the aircon it totally inadequate for the room/family size. You could not feel it. We stayed here 5 years ago and complained about the aircon then, nothing has changed. If we knew the forecast we would have stayed elsewhere. Otherwise happy with the place

The lady on the reception desk was lovely and Judith in the restaurant was welcoming, professional and really friendly.

Excellent place to stay if you’re in the area. Lovely rooms, great restaurant and bar facilities, great food with great hospitality from Cavin and Ravi. Highly recommend.

A nice hotel, easily accessible by tube (Colliers Wood) and next to large Sainsbury's and M&S stores. The staff were friendly and efficient and my room was lovely - spacious and spotlessly clean, with a good sized TV and even a bath! The bed was super comfortable and I had a really great sleep.
"Great hotel"
We arrived early on the day of check in and the receptionist was able to allow us to check in at 10.00 in one of the rooms. The receptionist was helpful with the closest underground, staff were all helpful and lovely at meal times and on the last morning we found Judith at breakfast to be very helpful, friendly and generally a lovely lady.
