"Faultless stay"
Received a warm welcome check in was easy room Was clean and comfortable The restaurant was very quiet but the staff were attentive and the tapas was nice Check out easy all the staff I encountered were friendly Have generally always found premier inns very good value for money and staff friendly and helpful

"Comfortable hotel and great location"
Bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough for two of us. We could control our own temperature. Housekeeping were fabulous each day. Loved returning after a long day to a fresh smelling, clean and tidy room. Having a fridge in our room was such a bonus. We really appreciated having the daily bottled water, Front desk reception staff were friendly and most helpful. Quick elevator service. Very quiet location. Convenient to have the restaurant on site. Such a convenient location for transportation, dining and visiting family.

Nice Hotel great location Just a few niggles. There is very little storage in the room no draws or cupboards just five coat hangers. So if you are staying for a few days there is nowhere to unpack. Very little communication from the staff and not the most endearing at check in. We stopped for the meal deal in the restaurant on the last night The food was very good but with lots of add ons from the set price deal. Staff seemed to be very busy not having time to talk also they were in T shirts or sweat shirts, very casual ! For location you can't beat it for south London Just a short walk to the station and there is a train to Waterloo every 5 mins Only One bath towel per room if you want more you have to go to reception. There was a brief fire alarm incident at 10.30pm it sounded three times in quick succession then went quiet it left us wondering what was happening but there was no apology at the time or explanation in the morning when we were checking out.

Poor wifi, not enough towels in the room. Young man on reception was really helpful and friendly. 3pm checkin time with a £15 early checkin fee is criminal and should not be allowed.
