"Great location"
Stayed here for the coldplay concert. Perfect location for the stadium. Lots of places to eat /shop close by. Food was lovely Slept really well considering how busy the hotel was.. bar stayed open after the concert which was nice to unwind. Left our bags next day free of charge for a few hrs whilst we had brunch and did some shopping before or train journey. Will defo stay again
"Convenient Stay Near Wembley"
The location is really handy for the stadium and the tube, and check-in was straightforward. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
"Great location very disappointing sleep in poor bed."
Rating of 3 stars is for location which was perfect for a Wembley Stadium event. Short pedestrianised walk to the main entrance and very close to the station, 9 mins and one stop to Marylebone station. It was busy as expected on a concert night so expected to wait for check in and drinks etc. but staff were helpful and friendly even though under pressure. Not all lifts working so some delays but our experience wasn’t too bad and we were on the 10th floor. Room was surprisingly quiet for a concert night. We had booked a Premier Plus room which was quite small but ok for one night except the major issue of an extremely poor night’s sleep due to a very uncomfortable bed which sagged significantly and not at all what is heavily advertised. Of course you only realise how poor the sleep experience has been the following morning but this was one of the worst nights for a long time. A lengthy queue at reception meant we used the express key drop so didn’t wait to complain but nevertheless extremely disappointing. Also had an issue with key cards intermittently working meaning two visits to a busy reception but that was a minor issue compared to the shocking nights sleep.
"Would recommend"
overall very pleasant experience. The staff are polite and kind. They're super helpful with a smile. They made me feel comfortable and helped me with my luggage and even find another place to stay when I was leaving.
"Don’t bother"
We had been to see Coldplay and was back at the hotel before midnight, we were disturbed by a group passing our room just after 1.30am and as I am visually impaired and have mobility issues, I was unable to report this until the next morning. When I did report this at reception I just received an apology that didn’t seem meaningful at all. I then complained to guest relations under the ‘good night guarantee’ and was told that I would not be eligible for a refund because I didn’t complain on the night. Having explained my disability and noting that I am less restricted (also showing them proof of disability) I thought they might have been somewhat understanding as to why I couldn’t go down to reception that night. They said that I should have phoned them even though there was no phones in the room. They have been extremely unhelpful and I have read other people’s concerns on a guarantee the chain offers but fails to look into it and honour it! If they would have been more understanding then I certainly would have been grateful under the circumstances and as a result I will never stay with Premier Inn again and would advise anyone with a mobility issues to book elsewhere if traveling to Wembley. I have given Premier Inn enough time to reconsider but there is clearly no understanding or empathy from them and the after care is non-existent not to mention the good night guarantee not being worth the paper it’s written on. Extremely poor and disappointing service from a well known brand.
