"Great location, but expect long waits and interrupted sleep."
Close to Wembley, so excellent for post-gig travel. But other than that… the family room was small and cramped. The decor is a little tired and could do with touch ups. None of the check in machines were working, so long queues on arrival. Similarly, insane queues to get into the hotel because of where the lifts are located. Took a while to figure this out, as no queue management system. Eventually we figured we could skip queue and push in, in order to go to bar/use loo. However, at bar, only one person serving, so that took forever too. Meant we couldn’t face the wait to order a second round - crazy from a customer experience / profit perspective. Then followed a night of awful sleep, as there is an issue with plumbing. Trapped air in pipes? Sounded like a ship’s horn going off all night. We use Premier a lot when staying in various parts of London, but wouldn’t want to stay at Wembley again.
"Dirty and unwelcoming."
Dirty room and bathroom, unfriendly cold staff, dirty corridors and stairwell. Wife and son got back late, so couldnt be hassled to find someone to complain to, slept ontop of covers, didnt shower, dirty bathroom, I paid for breakfast, they left early and went somewhere else for breakfast, view of a back alley with broken pallets and dumped broken safety barrier.Do not stay here.
"Enjoyable stay"
Fairly decent place to stay for a gig, had issues with some elevators not going to the floor or calling them then to go down but managed. Beds are comfortable, the place is spotless and the breakfast was superb. Overall an enjoyable 3 nights stay exploring London with excellent transport links.

Cons: Internet is crap (8MB is not good enough especially paying £5.00 per day for it). I know it was an accident but a staff member spilled drink on my Apple AirPod Max's Headphones (still works lucky)... Had to change the cards a few times because they didn't work. No iron / board in room. Pros: Chilled water available most of the time at reception. Extra tea / coffee etc... available at reception at all times. Food was good. Staff are friendly / helpful. Rooms are spotless and bed is comfy. Proximity to stadium / arena and theatre great. Good shops nearby.
"Superb service"
Superb service during large event when hotel was no doubt full. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Guest after care was brilliant after our daughter lost her teddy. Very helpful in locating and returning the item. Thank you and would highly recommend.
