"Absolute dump"
Booked for the night as attending a Coldplay concert. Arrived about 4pm. I had requested a room near the lift as I am disabled and struggle. Didnt get a room by the lift although I appreciate it cant be guaranteed. Room was basic and frankly awful. The single bed was not made up and it was stained and dirty. The double bed was uncomfortable. Reception were busy so we went to the stadium for the concert. Absolute nightmare after that as I was in a lot of pain due to green parking messing up my booking and having to walk around back and forth with no care from them. Got back to the room and couldnt face a night in filth. I was crying in pain so we decided to leave and drive home at 1am. I emailed concerns on my return. 2 weeks later they replied to say tough luck bascially. No refund even though we didnt stay as we didnt talk to staff at the time. Lack of compassion and care when dealing with disabled people in general. I wish I had the strength that night to disclose my disgust but i simply wasnt well enough. Paid £200 for a dump of a room. Never again.
"Lovely hotel"
Lovely hotel, had a couple of issues which were sorted eventually. Lisa at breakfast was a lovely person and always said a personal hi to our daughter.
"Not up to usual standards"
Carpets were discussing, had to.wear my socks around the room , they did move us to.another room , also paid for 2 nights at 448 , then found out the second night was only 150 , instead of the 228 each night ,so punished for booking a 2 night stay , have complained but heard nothing back , poor service , hotel manager was good though and tried to help
"Excellent location at an affordable price"
I was delighted to find this hotel at a very reasonable price. I was taking part in an Ultra Challenge event but there was a Coldplay concert at Wembley Stadium on the night I was there. I wasn’t disturbed at all. There were fireworks but not noisy. The room was facing the stadium and there were lots of retail outlets nearby. Greggs, Sainsburys and a short walk to Taco Bell.
"Trip to London."
I stayed at this Premier Inn as an early gift to celebrate my parents 25th wedding anniversary and was very pleased with it from the minute I checked into the hotel. I booked a Premier plus room with a view and I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the view that we had, and how close we were to the London Designer Outlet which was very helpful for when we went to go shopping the next day. The room was very clean, tv worked well with plenty of channels, tea and coffee facilities, very hot water and of course a very comfy bed. Dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the hash browns were a personal favourite of mine! Great selection and variety of teas avaliable in the restaurant.
