"Great base for one night."
We booked to attend Wembley to see Coldplay. We paid £364 for the room (£15 of which was charged at check-in for coming 1.5hours early). I’ve never stayed premier inn before. First impressions were that the hotel was clean but basic. Staff were available and very friendly. We had to store baggage for 3 hours and this service was available which was excellent. Our room on the 9th floor was clean and basic. No Water etc as extras. The room disappointingly smelt of stale cigarette smoke as did my duvet. The bathroom was very clean, but overall the room and bathroom was generally tired and all needs a good freshen up. The hairdryer didn’t work, and only got one set of towels for 2 people. Its location was amazing, a stones throw from Wembley stadium, and given how central is it, the rooms are very quiet. Beds were very comfy, but quality of pillows very poor.
"Great hotel - even better location!"
Stayed at the Premier Inn Wembley Stadium as attending an event at Wembley Stadium. The stadium is a short 5-10 minute walk in an all pedestrian area which is lovely and right beside a multitude of shopping facilities. The hotel itself is clean and fantastic for a stay. I would happily use again and highly recommend. Rooms have everything required for your stay. The beds could be a little comfier but for my purpose I was staying at the hotel for the location, so that would be nit picking. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
"Wembley concert stay"
Great location for visiting Wembley within 15 minutes of the concert finishing we were back in our room ( although we did skip the queue for the lifts as only 2 out of 4 working and walked / crawled our way to the 9th floor) where we could people watch the crowds still leaving.
"Good experience"
Clean and a great location for Wembley stadium. The only real gripe we had was the bathroom towels were not changed after a 2 day stay. This is standard in most hotels. Shouldn't have to ask fir then to be changed.
"Perfect location and lovely food !"
We arrived 19th August just before 3 so in time for check in was prompt and quick. We stayed till 22nd so all together had 3 evening meals and 3 breakfast and wow it was amazing all meals were spot on each time . Meal deal is completely worth it with full size drinks as the one your given too bit just a small glass . I had another chicken twice and sirloin steak another and breakfast was self service with plenty of choice all hot and lovely ! My daughter’s birthday was on the 20th and they made it so special at breakfast and tea bringing out cake and singing happy birthday along with some gifts at tea time. Location is perfect for transport and found it easier and little safer to travel via Wembley Park then central but there’s lots of shops along both routes including costas Gregg primark savers so no need to over pack like I did ha ! I would say down fall being there for 3 nights cleaners never once emptied the small bin in the room so was very over filled even when I put a request on the door they timed it back to snoozing
