"Would recommend"
overall very pleasant experience. The staff are polite and kind. They're super helpful with a smile. They made me feel comfortable and helped me with my luggage and even find another place to stay when I was leaving.
"Don’t bother"
We had been to see Coldplay and was back at the hotel before midnight, we were disturbed by a group passing our room just after 1.30am and as I am visually impaired and have mobility issues, I was unable to report this until the next morning. When I did report this at reception I just received an apology that didn’t seem meaningful at all. I then complained to guest relations under the ‘good night guarantee’ and was told that I would not be eligible for a refund because I didn’t complain on the night. Having explained my disability and noting that I am less restricted (also showing them proof of disability) I thought they might have been somewhat understanding as to why I couldn’t go down to reception that night. They said that I should have phoned them even though there was no phones in the room. They have been extremely unhelpful and I have read other people’s concerns on a guarantee the chain offers but fails to look into it and honour it! If they would have been more understanding then I certainly would have been grateful under the circumstances and as a result I will never stay with Premier Inn again and would advise anyone with a mobility issues to book elsewhere if traveling to Wembley. I have given Premier Inn enough time to reconsider but there is clearly no understanding or empathy from them and the after care is non-existent not to mention the good night guarantee not being worth the paper it’s written on. Extremely poor and disappointing service from a well known brand.
"Great stay, great view"
Loved how close to wembley stadium it is , expensive but to be expected when a gig is on , view was amazing, was a flying visit so didn’t have time to eat but got a lovely cold pint of coors after the coldplay gig :)
"Fantastic Location!"
Stayed on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd Aug when attending Coldplay 😍. Prior to arrival had only booked the Thursday night (at a very good price) as were not willing to pay the inflated price for a Concert night and booked another Premier inn cheaper further out for Friday. Upon arrival and seeing how perfectly positioned the hotel is we quickly checked and were lucky that there were a few rooms left so booked for the Friday and cancelled the other. Ideal location with shopping, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. This made our stay as we had all day to get ready and join the queue early. Afterwards was great knowing you only needed to walk round corner. Rooms were fine never that well cleaned but nice comfy bed and quiet. Staff very helpful. Would have no hesitation to stay again or to recommend to others.
"Great base for one night."
We booked to attend Wembley to see Coldplay. We paid £364 for the room (£15 of which was charged at check-in for coming 1.5hours early). I’ve never stayed premier inn before. First impressions were that the hotel was clean but basic. Staff were available and very friendly. We had to store baggage for 3 hours and this service was available which was excellent. Our room on the 9th floor was clean and basic. No Water etc as extras. The room disappointingly smelt of stale cigarette smoke as did my duvet. The bathroom was very clean, but overall the room and bathroom was generally tired and all needs a good freshen up. The hairdryer didn’t work, and only got one set of towels for 2 people. Its location was amazing, a stones throw from Wembley stadium, and given how central is it, the rooms are very quiet. Beds were very comfy, but quality of pillows very poor.
