London Wembley Park hotel

During our three-day stay (from Thursday, October 1, to Sunday, October 4), our room was not cleaned on any of the days; the bed was not made, and the towels were not replaced—despite us displaying the sign asking for the room to be serviced and placing the towels in the bathtub exactly as instructed. A very bad experience. - Durante los 3 días de nuestra estancia (de jueves 1 de octubre a domingo 4 de octubre) no nos limpiaron la habitación ninguna día, no nos hicieron la cama ni renovaron las toallas, a pesar de tener en la puerta el cartel para que entrasen a la habitación y poner las toallas en la bañara tal y como indicaban. Muy mala experiencia.

We regularly stay at Premier inn’s, both in London and across the UK. We know what we’re getting, and often it’s convenient. We are used to their price hikes when events are close, however, I think this time they have out done themselves. An event at Wembley has been announced today (tickets go on sale on Friday), and this Premier Inn has already set their price at £364 A NIGHT! Staying the weekend after isn’t much better at £273 - got to fleece those families who have early summer holiday trips!! I appreciate everyone needs to make money, but this is squeezing people as hard as they possibly can. Absolutely disgusting! Considering we use Premier Inn’s 6 / 7 times a year, this will certainly colour my judgement when we next stay away from home, and I’m fairly certain it won’t be with a Premier Inn. Do better.

We stayed whilst attending an event at Wembley Arena, As expected, the hotel delivered everything we’ve come to expect from Premier Inn: a clean and comfortable room, an exceptionally comfy bed, and a good breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. We’ve stayed with Premier Inn many times and this visit fully met our expectations. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable comfort and great value for money.

Great location staff lovely . Rooms are very dated & need more attention to detail with cleaning as well as checking hairdryers to see that they work. Think quality has gone down since or last stay in premier inn

Very convenient for tube station and innit about 35-40 minutes to central London. Booked because it was substantially cheaper than more central hotels. Breakfast staff (Jacintha) really knowledgeable about allergies and sorted out a fresh made breakfast to ensure allergy safe
