    "Tired & dated, in need of a refresh."
    Stayed here to watch Coldplay at Wembley Stadium, hotel is situated close to the tube station ~ limited parking if you’re driving, notice staying off site parking available at £20. We checked in online before hand however on arrival had to join the long queue to again check in & collect our room key whereas other Premier Inns have the automated key system. Our room was very very dated & tatty, at least two small holes in the curtains, it was clean enough but felt very grubby. The bed sheet didn’t reach the bottom of the bed so the mattress topper was visible & felt during the night. One of the lifts was out of order which caused long delays with the amount of people staying. Flickering hallway light on floor 1 added to the atmosphere. Given the amount it cost to stay here, with the amount of customers, it’s long overdue a refresh. Staff were friendly & the breakfast was the usual Premier Inn standard fare. When I attend Wembley again I’ll probably choose a different hotel due to all the above.
    "Perfect for Wembley but very basic and needing upgraded"
    The location for Wembley is perfect couldn't be better as it is probably a 5 maybe 10 minute walk and right next to Wembley Park tube, the reception staff and others I spoke to were lovely and helpful but the hotel is just very, very tired and needing a major upgrade and the rooms are really basic and needing a lot of repairing and upgrading and decoration

    We had a great stay in the hotel, especially to the helpful staffs in the restaurant for the breakfast. =) The food was good. Also give my hug to the cleaning and reception staffs, as I left my air-pods under the pillow when I checked out. They found them and kept for me. Now I get them back, I appreciate a lot!! =)
