London Wembley Park hotel

The worse premier inn room in the world, - damp, smell, dirty - absolutely nothing like the pictures when u book - took them 10 minutes to even find my booking and it wasn’t until I showed the lady my confirmation that she believed me.

Location is great for concerts at the stadium but unfortunately there was a problem with the room which took over 7hrs to sort out

I never thought I'd be writing a review about a Premier Inn as generally if you've stayed in one, you've stayed in them all. The bedrooms are very dated and in dire need of updating. When we arrived, the room was scorching. with only one tiny fan in the room. The air con did not seem to be working. We went to our second room, which was a lot colder. We had to complain twice about the air conditioning in the first room, and they offered a second fan... But eventually it started working. It would've been impossible to sleep if they hadn't fixed it. It kept turning off periodically so we had to keep turning it on. The plug sockets were minimal, with one socket in one room not working. Then if you have the fans on in the room, and want to charge your phone and any other devices, you need to decide what takes priority. No plug sockets by the bedside - so if you have medical devices that need power at night - you'll need an extension lead. The desk in one room had clearly been burnt. The bathrooms are designed in a weird way - with the toilet paper placed in a hard to reach place. No handrails to get in or out of the shower. Breakfast was very standard for premier inn - my only complaint for this is that the orange juice was warm. Nobody wants warm orange juice. It is in an ideal location and the staff were lovely - but please consider updating the rooms!

Such friendly staff, from the cleaners to the restaurant workers. Everyone was so nice and friendly to my children which I’ll always love and appreciate. Jacintha helped us so much in the morning, giving us everything we could ask for and more as well as making a fuss of the children.

It was a place to sleep. The bed was co.fortable. however the bathroom reeked of sulfur...not sure if it was sewage system or thats just the smell of the water. There was an experience of a man in the lobby who was high on drugs having what I have been told was a "Fen Fold". It made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe as he looked like he was going to try and follow us into the secure area of the hall toward the elevators. Definitely would not stay there again. The breakfast was okay but the bacon was very leathery and the eggs were slimy.
