    "Excellent customer service"
    Deni was ace during my stay. The most friendly and smily welcome, she couldn’t do enough for us. Overall excellent, would definitely stay here again.

    We had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn Wembley thanks to Deni, who was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Even though a large group of people were checking in at the same time, she remained friendly, calm, and incredibly helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Deni’s welcoming attitude and efficiency not only made checking in a pleasure but also extended to the bar, where she made sure we were well looked after. She’s a real credit to the hotel and helped make our stay extra enjoyable.

    Our first experience of a London Premier Inn.Reception was swift with our room ready for 11 am.The evening staff in the bar and restaurant all displayed excellent customer service with Joesef, Spasko and Brinoy being outstanding representative of Premier Inn. The food was very good and presented in a very professional manner.
