"Good bed, good location, bad experience overall."
In general, the room (family) was fairly good, with good amount of space. Beds were also very good, as it's something Premier Inn is known for. Beside that, our experience was not good at all.
Misleading communication to begin with. One day before our check-in on 16th of March, we received an email stating that due to circumstances, the kitchen would be closed and due to that, our breakfast selection has been cancelled.
I say this is misleading because we have read comments from at least 13th of March that this "issue" with the kitchen was ongoing, so hotel knew sooner about it but chose to communicate just 24hrs before otherwise we would have cancelled the booking and we would have booked to another hotel. A major reason we selected Premier Inn was the combination of the room and the breakfast as well.
Beside that, the email was stating that we would receive a refund of the breakfast addition that they would not offer eventually. As i'm writing down this review, is almost Saturday 21st of March, almost a week after their "sudden kitchen circumstance" and yet, we are still waiting for the refund, money that they are still keeping.
I have also replied back at the email-notice for the breakfast with a request, but of course, no answer on that as well.
Before we arrive, we made a call to the hotel and asked if a mini fridge was included in the room because from the moment we wouldn't have breakfast, we needed to have milk for the baby.We received a response that mini fridge doesn't exist but we can use the hotel's fridge to store our milk.
Arriving at the hotel for the check-in, we asked for confirmation about what we've been informed that we could store the baby's milk in hotel's fridge. For our surprise, reception staff informed us that the hotel could give us milk but they cannot store the milk we would provide. Informing them that we have received an hour before confirmation via telephone, she informed us that she knew about the call as she was beside the man that was talking and she repeated that hotel can provide us with milk but they cannot store it.
After us insisting that this was not what we have been informed via telephone and to call the hotel manager to complain, she was "persuaded" and informed us that she can store only the baby's milk but not food (we never discussed anything about food, only about milk from the start).
Last but not least, we have booked a family hotel with a baby cod, to arrive and find no cod at all. Seeking what's going on with the reception, we've been informed that the baby cod will arrive in a bit (after our arrival though for a reason that still are unable to understand.
Overall, bad experience and we will avoid booking with the hotel again and we will persuade others as well to avoid the chain.

"Nice location for Wembley"
Great location for OVO Wembley, trains. Nice comfortable bed, room was peaceful. The breakfast was OK sausages need to improve lol. What I really enjoyed was the evening meal and pint of Carling. Which is all part of the meal deal. I'm so glad I added this in and I would return again.

"Wembley Park Premier inn"
Hotel is well located immediately next to Wembley Park station. Hotel and carpark are tired but for the price is adequate for an overnight. Beds always good. The only diwn side was there were no dinner/breakfast facilities due to kitchen maintenance and we were only aware of this when checking in.

"Poor experience at Wembley Park."
Very disappointed in our stay this time. Staff not available at reception unless you hang about waiting. Bedroom ok and as usual the bed was comfortable which is what we’ve come to expect. The heating was a hit or miss. Kept switching off. There was a plug in heater in the room which was useless. The bathroom very badly needs updated. Peeling paint, chipped woodwork. And to top it all off, we arrived and the restaurant was closed for the entirety of our two day stay. So no breakfast or evening meals available or drinks at the bar and no prior warning or we would have cancelled. On asking reception if we could go to the Premier Inn 5/10 mins away at Wembley stadium for breakfast, we were advised this was also closed for maintenance!! We ventured to a nearby cafe which was excellent and I’m sure did a roaring trade with the Premier inn customers. The toilets at reception also left a lot to be desired. Badly needing updating and a good clean. Overpriced and not the usual standard we expect from Premier Inn on our numerous stays at different locations.

"By no means premier!"
Terrible stay. Booked in here for a short business trip, and firstly the receptionist clearly did not want to be a work, if you want a warm welcome, don’t come here. The room was old and outdated, the bedsheets were dirty, the tv didn’t work, the heating you could have either off or set to 28 degrees, there was no in between. The bathroom was equally as bad with patched up walls and peeling paint, writing on the mirror and broken toilet roll holders. The only saving grace was the mattress was comfortable. Yes this is a cheap hotel to stay, and you can’t expect anything fancy, but cleanliness and basic working amenities should be expected. This place is in dire need for refurbishment! Only stay here is you really need to but be prepared.
