Such amazing value for our family suite. Comfortable beds, lovely air con when it was 32 degrees! And excellent breakfast! Jacintha was so helpful at breakfast and went out of her way to make our breakfast with kids so easy. Thank you so much!

"Convenient but disappointing"
Location is convenient if you're visiting Wembley and the tube station is only a 2 minute at most. We left our bags in the morning and came back in the evening after a day out to find them just sat behind the reception desk, not in a safe room. When getting into the room it was very hot, we turned the air-conditioning on and started unpacking. After both showering with lack luster water pressure the room hadn't cooled down. At this point we were exhausted and couldn't fathom the idea of packing up and moving so hoped it would cool gradually overnight. It didn't...
Upon mentioning it to staff in the morning we were offered breakfast (sounds good) so we accept. The hot food ended up being cold (eggs felt almost frozen) and the hot drinks machine just spat out milk instead of hot chocolate (I did wait to see if anything would happen after). So we got up and left with no fuss.
Overall its handy for the location but don't raise any expectations.

"Friendly and comfortable"
I recently stayed at Premier Inn Wembley Park while attending a Harry Styles concert, and I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m returning again in two weeks to see Harry once more!
The hotel itself is an older Premier Inn, but it was comfortable and well maintained. With the recent hot weather, I really appreciated that the room had both air conditioning and a fan, which made a huge difference and helped us sleep comfortably.
What truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff. The breakfast team were absolutely fantastic, especially Jacintha and Brivony. They were so kind and welcoming to my little girl, even giving her a bracelet and some key rings, which made her day. Their kindness and genuine warmth really stood out and made us feel so welcome.
As a Harry Styles fan, I also loved that Harry’s music was playing during breakfast. With so many guests in town for the concert, it created such a fun atmosphere and was a lovely touch that made the experience even more memorable.
The only downside was that the shower pressure was quite weak, but apart from that, we had a lovely stay and felt very well looked after. Thank you to the team for making our visit so enjoyable.
