London Wembley Park hotel

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Maila and David, the Duty Managers at Premier Inn Wembley Park, for the outstanding hospitality and support they have shown our family over the past six weeks. They have truly gone above and beyond in every way, making us feel welcomed, valued and cared for throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion have made such a difference to us as a family. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about the service they have provided. They are a real credit to Premier Inn and a shining example of what exceptional hospitality should be. Thank you both for everything you have done for us. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we will always be grateful. Premier Inn is incredibly lucky to have you both! Absolutely outstanding service from two amazing people. Five stars are not enough!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was good value for money. However, the main issue was a group of 15 Polish teenagers who were running around, making a lot of noise, and knocking on doors (including ours) on our floor. On top of that, the restaurant was reserved exclusively for them from 19:00 to 21:00 for dinner.

We chose this PI because of it's proximity to the underground. We stayed 1 night before onward travel the following day. It was half the cost of a stay in central London. The tube to St.Pancras was 20 minutes. The staff were very friendly from reception to the breakfast team . We had an issue with the shower, it wouldn't turn off. I hot footed it to reception they quickly intervened. It has clearly occurred before. The bed was comfortable the breakfast offered good value. It just requires a little TLC in some areas but to be expected in a very popular location.

Normally you know what you’re getting with a premier inn. Pro’s with this particular one, spacious rooms, comfy bed, fairly clean, good location with plenty to do nearby & for transport links. But be warned to have your pants pulled down for the car parking - 1 night… wait for it, £35!!! The staff here when in discussion are quite rude but in a nut shell state it’s because of when an event is on. So what I’ve taken from that, even if you’re staying here for let’s say business reasons but happen to stay the same night of an England game or concert at Wembley, you’re still charged £35 a night to park?!!

During our three-day stay (from Thursday, October 1, to Sunday, October 4), our room was not cleaned on any of the days; the bed was not made, and the towels were not replaced—despite us displaying the sign asking for the room to be serviced and placing the towels in the bathtub exactly as instructed. A very bad experience. - Durante los 3 días de nuestra estancia (de jueves 1 de octubre a domingo 4 de octubre) no nos limpiaron la habitación ninguna día, no nos hicieron la cama ni renovaron las toallas, a pesar de tener en la puerta el cartel para que entrasen a la habitación y poner las toallas en la bañara tal y como indicaban. Muy mala experiencia.
