    "Thank you, you served us very well!"
    Our server Jacintha turned our breakfast experience into something incredibly special and memorable. She was attentive all the time and made sure our kids had everything they wanted (even if the food item they wanted were finished at the moment). There was an immediate sense of warmth and hospitality that made us feel genuinely welcome. The food prepared by Chef Johnson was absolutely delicious (fresh and full of flavour ). Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. If we ever visit London again, we will definitely stay here.

    Me n my daughter stayed at premier inn location is amazing and tube station nearby we had a breakfast food was amazing our server jacintha welcomed us and took care of us she is very kind she made hot chocolate for my daughter and gave balloon and colouring definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends thank you

    I stayed at Premier Inn Wembley Park. I have a lovely spacious very clean room. I requested a room on the first floor near the stairs and the request was granted. A very big thank you to Demi & Jacinta. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel itself was lovely, but what really made our stay stand out was the manager Deni & Jacintha. Deni had such a bubbly, friendly personality, always smiling, chatting, and checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went out of her way to make us feel looked after. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares so much about guests, and her warmth and enthusiasm made our visit truly memorable. At breakfast, Jacintha provided excellent customer service, checking that everything was okay and making sure we were well looked after. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly loves what they do and goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued.A big thank you for making our stay so special — we’ll definitely be back!

    Horrific. Bed full of lice. Was badly bitten. Tv didnt work either to compound a miserable stay. Hotel needs closing and cleansed
