London Wembley Park hotel

Great! Easy to check in, staff were on hand if needed at all times. Breakfast was nice and good times. Room was clean. More tea bags required if you like your tea, but all available

I do not expect luxury at a Premier inn. However, for £388 I expect a lot more than we got. I expect cleanliness. I expect a functioning bathroom, ie sufficient water from sink tap to facilitate handwashing and tooth brushing, and sufficient water in shower to facilitate hair washing. Not sure if a limescale issue or a pressure problem but it is not acceptable. I expect to be able to walk around the bedroom without shoes on without my feet sticking to the carpet. I expect a family room to be more than a standard double room with sofa bed. I expect tea and coffee for three people not two. I expect curtains to not have holes in. I expect walls and furniture not to have years worth of scuffs. I expect power by the bed for charging of phones. Too much to ask????? On the plus side, the staff (all young) were friendly and helpful, and breakfast buffet was pretty good. The bed was also very comfortable.

Good night's sleep....having a laugh!! Having attended Harry Styles concert at Wembley and paying £369 for a room I expected SO much more. Constantly woken by the door from the lift area to the room corridor being slammed outside our room 616. Why oh Why do they not have slow close doors, stoppers or away if making these silent. This noise was not done deliberately just people coming/going to lift/room. I wasn't going to go downstairs to complain because what can they do, moving room at that time wouldn't be an option and tbh you could here other floor doors too. Went on to about 3am and started again first thing, over 50 times I'd say Worst night sleep ever but thankfully a great concert

We've stayed in this Premier Inn a couple of times when attending events at Wembley Stadium. Yes they bump the prices up on event days, but where doesn't! In my opinion the walking distance to the stadium and onsite parking is worth it. What we were most taken by on our recent stay is the staff. During the Harry Styles concert run the prosecco or fruit kebabs on arrival was a lovely touch. Our room was ready before 3pm and all the staff were happy, excited and getting into the spirit. Even had a little photo booth set up. Our most recent stay was during the heatwave and one of the staff (I can't remember her name but she was a lovely lady with blonde hair) checked we were ok for water and refilled our water bottles for us ready for our trip home. The rooms are a little dated compared to some premier inns but they're perfectly clean and comfortable and so welcome after a busy night at a concert! Will always choose this premier inn when coming to Wembley events.

Everything from checking in to cleanliness and checking out was excellent. Breakfast time particularly was impressive as there was a huge amount of schoolchildren staying however the staff especially Jacintha made everything run smoothly.
