"Great breakfast"
Had a wonderful breakfast at Premier Inn Wembley. Jacintha was incredibly friendly and provides excellent service. She made us feel welcome throughout the dining experience. Great food and environment too. We’ll be back for sure.

"Fab as ever."
As every may stay was outstanding, it started with a wonderful friendly greeting when I was checked in by Maila.
While the rooms are looking a little tired they are always clean and comfortable.
When I eat in the evening both Maila and Plasen couldn’t do enough to make my meal a pleasurable experience, the coupled with the lovely food prepared by Jayesh.
I always enjoy staying at Wembley.

"Privacy and security issue"
We stayed at this hotel when we saw the Prodigy at the Arena. In the morning before going to breakfast the maintenance man just let himself into our room using the master key. No knock on the door and no call out from us. He walked straight in. We asked him to leave, mentioned it to reception ( who didn't seem bothered) , and have contacted Premier Inn themselves without reply. This is a privacy and security issue and should be taken seriously. Not happy.

"Not a safe hotel to stay in."
The redeeming feature of this Premier Inn is its convenient location near Wembley Stadium and Arena. However, the hotel is outdated and the rooms need modernising. The front desk check-in was satisfactory but the bar staff were extremely inefficient. One member openly criticised her colleague to us which I thought was unprofessional.
What I want to highlight is that the following morning a maintenance man visited our room on two separate occasions claiming we had reported issues with our room. We managed to turn him away the first time. An hour later he entered our room without knocking. I was sitting on the bed while my partner was in the bathroom with the door open. Fortunately I was dressed but this was a shock to us both. He remained unperturbed. I stated, ‘you have just walked straight into our room without knocking!’ His response was to say we'd reported our flush was not working. I was incredulous that he had not apologised for entering our room. My partner emerged from the bathroom and asked him to leave.
The booking was in my name and I could have been alone. Having a male employee enter a hotel bedroom without knocking is not acceptable. My partner complained to the front desk but they did not seem to understand as English was not their first language. I have since written to Premier Inn but since this incident a week ago I have only received a generic response indicating they would investigate the matter. I have not heard anything since.
This is not satisfactory. I suggest that any lone female booking this hotel should be very cautious as it is not safe.
