    "Great stay in a fab location"
    Great stay. Brilliant location. 5 mins from London Waterloo. Fab M&S food over the road! So much to do nearby. Room not massive but good for London. Loved our stay.
    "Great location and clean hotel"
    Really good location as right by the tube and just behind the London Eye. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel was room was clean. Reception is generally clean but did have lots of dirty glasses when we returned to get our bag mid-afternoon. The breakfast is really good. Evening food was good but service was a bit slow one night and the restaurant was empty. It's a shame the restaurant is only accessible to hotel guests and is very tucked out of the way being on the lower ground floor.

    First time stayed here for day/night in London (seeing ABBA too). Booked on-line but also emailed hotel contact (to ask for higher room) and they were great. Hotel was perfectly located (close Waterloo station and underground station even closer); hotel across road (virtually) from London Eye/area, and ideally located to everywhere we wanted to visit by foot or tube. Impressed at check-in by young man on reception, who was welcoming, made sure our early check-in room was ready, so polite and really helpful. Room was on 9th floor (view of the eye) and was just what we expected, adequate in size, had all we needed and expected, air con was good and bed comfy. Was celebrating big birthday and hotel left treats for us - so kind and appreciated. Had breakfast only but this was in a nice airy room, and food was more than enough for us - and staff there very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all during our stay. Absolutely will stay again.
    "Perfect for a disabled guest"
    My disabled mum stayed here while my dad was in the hospital, great location for this. Staff advised floor 3 for step free access contacted them before travel to let them know this, the other hotels in the area had steps so weren’t suitable but this hotel was perfect for her. Bed nice and low, low level bath, lots of handles in the bathroom, room big enough for her scooter. Friendly and very helpful staff.

    The location of this hotel is brilliant. 5 minutes away from Waterloo Station and 2 minutes from the London Eye. The guy on reception, Juan, could not of been more helpful. Very pleasant and a real asset to the hotel, just amazing. We didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food but we did have a drink in the bar, a very modern and welcoming area.
