"Very good experience"
We stayed for 2 nights. Fantastic location, close to Waterloo Station and attractions
Very friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble Waleed went above and beyond and couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was very comfortable and quiet. We had an evening meal 1 night which was good value for money and breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Over all a very good experience and I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting London

"Business trip"
I stay at the hotel regularly whilst working in London. It is centrally located for walking around the city and also has great access to transport. I always stay in a room at the rear which is quiet for working during the evening, and has great views towards the Shard. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Reception staff are always welcoming. The restaurant staff led by Alan are great hosts and always eager to please. The food is excellent. I would recommend staying at this hotel whether for work or pleasure.

"Alen Alen Alen"
I recently stayed at Premium Inn, and while the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything worked exactly as it should… we all know that’s not why I’m writing this review.
I’m here to talk about Alen.
From the second I walked in, Alen greeted me with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for surprise parties or puppies. I half expected confetti. Check-in was so fast and smooth I briefly wondered if I’d accidentally joined some kind of VIP program (I hadn’t—Alen just makes everyone feel important).
Need directions? Alen’s got you. Local recommendations? Alen’s basically a walking, talking travel guide. Emotional support after a long journey? Honestly, probably Alen again.
At one point I started to suspect Alen might secretly run the entire hotel single-handedly. Cleaning rooms? Probably Alen. Fixing the Wi-Fi? Also Alen. Controlling the weather outside? Unconfirmed, but I wouldn’t rule it out.
Every time I passed reception, there he was—smiling like he genuinely enjoys his job, which is both impressive and slightly suspicious.
The hotel itself was great, no complaints at all. But if you removed Alen, it would just be a very nice, normal stay. With Alen, it feels like you’ve checked into a place where the main amenity is “having a great time for no reason.”
Would I stay again? Absolutely. For the bed? Sure. For the cleanliness?
But mainly… for Alen.
Of course. If Premium Inn ever loses Alen, they may need to rebrand as “Pretty Good Inn” instead.

"Good Location 🤩"
Stayed because our son was running the Marathon. Good location, consistent quality for a Premier Inn, but restaurant menu disappointing and entrance and Foyer more like cheaper hotel. This said, reception staff ( tucked away in a corner) were pleasant and professional. The area could be so much better!
Question what views you get! We were offered London Eye or Shard…. We chose LE but got buildings 😂.
