    "Great hotel!"
    Hotel was very nice & would definitely visit again, the only downside was that thewre as no reception desk so on arrival it felt abit impersonal. But overall a very nice stay.

    Stayed at the hotel for the weekend with my daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday, room was spotless, staff were friendly , I had emailed the week before to ask if it was possible to have a room with a view as we were staying for special occasion and we were not disappointed the view of the london eye and big Ben was amazing especially when lit up at night , we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again
    "A lovely week in July"
    We stayed here in July and really enjoyed it. The location is brilliant, so central and easy to get around London. The price is reasonable particularly for the location. The staff are really great and I would especially like to mention Juanito on Reception, Adil from the Dinner Team and last but not least the Duty Manager, Alen. These 3 in particular were so helpful and friendly, their service and general demeanor would make me want to return.

    Very poor service, aircon didn't work, shower didnt work properly either. Kept veing promised maintenance would fix it but they didn't. Major issues getting a refund with premier inn awful guest services team. Finally got decent service from the Facebook team. Would not stay at this hotel again. Poor room, and poor service. Very dissatisfied.

    The hotel is very convenient for Waterloo train station, The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent value for the cost of our stay.
