"Perfect hotel experience"

I travelled with my mum and daughter - who was turning 5 during the trip. We stayed for three nights in the May bank holiday. Location was perfect. Right on the Southbank. Black cabs easy to hail from right outside the front door. Waterloo station a 5 minute walk. Atmosphere was ideal for us. Calm, cheerful and welcoming. We actually had a bigger room on a higher floor booked but my daughter was scared of going too high in the lift so we had a smaller room on a lower floor with no view. Even so, it was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfy (love having a duvet instead of annoying sheets), bathroom was very clean, shower wonderful, AC very much needed in the heatwave and the nights were quiet and calm. Can’t fault the room at all. Value …. is what it is. It’s central London so it’s going to be expensive but there isn’t anything cheaper for what we got so 10/10 for value because we were so well looked after by the lovey staff and loved the hotel, location and room. The service was the best thing about the hotel. The front desk staff were all genuinely super friendly and helpful. They even put some balloons and gifts in our room once they found out it was my daughter’s birthday. Can’t thank them enough for making the trip so special x

"Marsh family trip to see Matilda"

The hotel was in a good location & just what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, the room was clean & tidy & the staff were friendly & helpful. We had a drink in the bar a couple of times, which was nice, but didn't use the restaurant for breakfast or dinner, so can't comment on the food. Would definitely stay again :-)

Super location for exploring London, very close to Big Ben and The London Eye. Fabulous clean hotel, staff were delightful - very professional, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Super stay! Would definitely return.

"Would recommend for London sightseeing"

First time in this PI & one of the most expensive, very small room, wall view directly out of the window, no chair in room, but it is close to all to see in London & thats what you pay for. Rooms & restaurant were spotlessly clean, we stayed for breakfast & couldn't fault anything. All staff were very friendly, polite & helpful
