London Waterloo (Westminster Bridge) hotel

Really convenient locations Is good value for money considering the location we also had a lovely view of the London eye The rooms were spotless, so clean couldn’t fault it - comfy beds The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and very polite - this is the best premier inn I have stayed in

It’s what you expect from a Premier Inn cheerful but in this case not cheap, the bathroom floor was so creaky thought you would fall through it every time you entered, the staff were helpful and polite but 2 staff at book in doing nothing apart from helping us to book in and we were the only two at the time they may as well of booked us in instead of having to do it ourself on the machines that like to try your patience. Breakfast was very good.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very conveniently located, with all the main attractions within walking distance and a metro station nearby. The staff was very friendly and took all our requests into account. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, with plenty of options. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and an amazing view. I highly recommend it.

Very good pleasant friendly front of house staff, also very helpful, nothing too much trouble, clean and tidy room room., though price was a bit much though.

This has been one of the worst Premier Inns that we have ever stayed in. The only positives I can say about this hotel is that the location is perfect for sightseeing, the staff are friendly, and you can always guarantee a decent breakfast at a Premier Inn. We stayed here for 2 nights, (Friday & Saturday) our room was on the 3rd floor (321). The overall room was a disappointment and we were glad we weren't staying any longer. The only way to describe the room was extremley basic, dated, and a view inches from another building wall, which didn't give any natural day light at all, there is more daylight in a prison cell! The bathroom was tiny, and the rooms are not sound proofed. I could hear every sound from the people above, especially when they used the bathroom. We decided to go to the hotel bar before we went to see a show and have a couple of cocktails, only to order them and then be informed that they don't have the ingredients for them, then to be told that infact they only have 3 cocktails avaliable to choose from as they don't have any ingredients for them either, that is half of the menu! To say we were left feeling extremely disappointed is an understatement as the price we paid for two nights wasn't exactly cheap and certainly didn't feel like we had value for money. Unfortunately we will not be returning back to this hotel.
