"Good value and location for central London"
Stayed for 2 nights on a theatre/ sightseeing trip for my wife and I. Paid extra for early check in and room with a view. Check in was smooth and friendly. We had a room on 12th floor of the new tower with a view of the London eye. We really liked the location of this hotel for Waterloo underground ( 5 mins walk) and same to Big Ben. Staff were friendly and the evening meal and breakfast were good with fair amount of choice. Bed was super comfy and room aircon worked really well. Only gripe was the room size. It was REALLY small ( we had difficulty passing each other between the bed and walls ! ) VERY compact wardrobe space and no drawers to speak of to store clothes / pads etc. If we had been staying longer with more luggage this may have been more of an issue & I may have opted for the County Hall Prem Inn 100 yards away where I remember much bigger rooms. Overall though it was good for our needs this trip and good value.

We booked this hotel as it was central to most of our plans while staying in London.
Check in was smooth with no issues as was the check out.
We found all of the staff extremely friendly, attentive and helpful during our stay. From breakfast staff, bar staff, reception staff and cleaning staff all extremely polite.
The hotel was very clean with tea, coffee ,milk and sugar at reception to replenish the room as required.
We would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.
Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for a lovely stay.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my friends and it was great. The service was amazing and the room was very clean and up to standards. The location is perfect for what ever you’re doing as it’s so central. I would highly recommend staying and I will be definitely be back!!

Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious as well. We all really enjoyed that each room had an air con unit. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn London Waterloo and would especially like to recognise Emilia the hotel manager for her exceptional dedication and passion.
Emilia clearly takes great pride in her work and leads her team with a friendly, positive, and professional approach. Her commitment and energy are evident, and she creates a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and her team. It is clear that she genuinely cares about delivering a great guest experience.
We would also like to highlight the excellent breakfast service and food quality. The breakfast team were friendly, attentive, and efficient, and the food was fresh, well prepared, and delicious. It was honestly the best English breakfast we have had across the Premier Inn hotel chain.
A big thank you to Emilia and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Your dedication and passion really make a difference keep up the great work. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Premier Inn London Waterloo.
