"The good, bad & the ugly"
We had a problem with our shower in our room (with a view) & they moved us to a room with a view of the roof. We contacted them with the email they provided at the front ‘desk’: Guest-Relations@premierinn.com. The staff at the email were NOT very responsive to my MANY attempts. They only ask for more info which I provide each time. We expected some compensation for a lesser valued room. We are still waiting 6 weeks later! The rooms are also VERY small in our standards. The 1st room didn’t even for our suitcases! Just want you to know that. On a good note, we would like to hi-light Adem in the bar area. He’s awesome & goes beyond his many job titles. He is in the right business! Also it truly is a great location if you want to be in the heart of the action in that area.
"Comfort and Convenience by Waterloo Bridge"
Very quiet and polite atmosphere. The food is surprisingly reasonable, especially if you go for the meal deal. The location is fabulous—right next to Waterloo Bridge. While it’s not the cheapest option, it’s good value considering the area. A solid choice for central London.
"Handy Location for London Stay that is Great Value"
Great Location-Great Value-Great Service-Great Food-Perfect for overnight stay in London! Used twice in 2 months and will use again!
      "Frustratingly late check in"
Having stayed in many Premier Inn’s previously, this didn’t quite hit the mark for us. We had booked a family room, but the room allocated was far too small to be sold as a family room. There was the usual double bed, the sofa converted to a single bed and a fold up bed completely squeezed in at the foot of the bed, under the telly, which would only fit a small child. This was clearly a double room at best and should not have been sold as suitable for family with 2 teen children. Our room was also not ready at the 3pm check in time. We arrived early (2pm) to make use of the advertised £15 early check in, but this was not available. Whilst frustrating, we accepted that this was one of those things - and we were told we could wait downstairs in the (closed) bar and restaurant whilst the room was prepared, which we were advised would be around 2:30pm. However, the room was not ready until 3:10pm (and floors still wet) so after the standard check in time. Frustrating as we had a very short turnaround time in the hotel before we had to head out again. (Let’s not mention the price of the refreshments in the vending machine!!) Disappointed in this PI experience, not what we expect nor are used to from our PI stays to date.
      "Clean, comfortable and convenient"
Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very convenient for Waterloo stations ( underground and overground). Close to the South Bank and Westminster.
