"Brilliant family stay and a fantastic location! ⭐️"
We stayed at Premier Inn Waterloo for 2 nights as a family of five and had a lovely experience. We were given interconnecting rooms on the 3rd floor, which worked perfectly for us as a family. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. We also had good water pressure and plenty of hot water — always appreciated after a long day out in London! The views nothing to write about, we know higher floors have better views but not something I was chasing after.
A special mention to the lovely lady at reception, who was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. More generally, the staff across reception and the restaurant were consistently friendly, courteous and welcoming.
Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, and even using the cloakroom was straightforward and convenient. It’s these little things that make a family stay so much easier.
Breakfast was standard options and the dinner options were quite varied.
The location really couldn’t be better — incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring London.
We’ve stayed at quite a few Premier Inns across London on previous visits, but this one has definitely become our new favourite Premier Inn location in London.
Would happily stay here again on our next visit! ❤️

"London break"
Really enjoyed our stay here. Two of us in a room with double bed and a single as mam and young son. Can't fault it, staff in reception and restaurant at breakfast time are really friendly. Quite unusual for London hotels,IMO. Location great too. Breakfast very good, my son ate free. Not too busy at all,was surprised for a bank holiday weekend. Lovely and quiet aswell, couldn't hear anything from outside our room. We found it yo be very clean,we did request room cleaned every day,as we're paying enough! I think quite cheeky that you have to request before lunchtime then day before.
Would stay again, really like it , friendly staff make it a great stay.

"Bad experience."
I stayed at the hotel for two nights: an absolutely negative experience. The rooms had dirty armchairs and duvets stained with feces; on both nights, the towels I had deliberately left on the floor were not replaced, and the beds were not made. The cost was extremely high for such seriously inadequate service.

"One time only!"
Chose this Premier for the location. Paid extra for a room with a view. That was excellent.
Check in was ok.
Room was in need of a proper clean. Not alot of storage space. Bathroom was in need of decorating and the shower was very temperamental...2 mornings I had a cold shower. Fine in August but wouldn't want that in winter! Tje hairdryer inly worked when it wanted to. I've noticed this in other Premier Inns so wondering if it has something to do with the way they screw them to the wall. Also the lift wasn't that reliable, and being on the 14th floor we needed it to be! We travelled up and down and up again on more than one occasion and we just needed to go down!
They were upgrading the payment system in the restaurant when we were there which seemed to make paying a bit awkward but that didnt matter as the building is surrounded by better places to eat anyway.
Overall we enjoyed our London stay as we only needed the room to sleep in and shower (albeit cold!) and the view was amazing but we won't stay here again. County Hall just around the corner is much nicer in my opinion.

"Good value and location for central London"
Stayed for 2 nights on a theatre/ sightseeing trip for my wife and I. Paid extra for early check in and room with a view. Check in was smooth and friendly. We had a room on 12th floor of the new tower with a view of the London eye. We really liked the location of this hotel for Waterloo underground ( 5 mins walk) and same to Big Ben. Staff were friendly and the evening meal and breakfast were good with fair amount of choice. Bed was super comfy and room aircon worked really well. Only gripe was the room size. It was REALLY small ( we had difficulty passing each other between the bed and walls ! ) VERY compact wardrobe space and no drawers to speak of to store clothes / pads etc. If we had been staying longer with more luggage this may have been more of an issue & I may have opted for the County Hall Prem Inn 100 yards away where I remember much bigger rooms. Overall though it was good for our needs this trip and good value.
