Lovely clean room, very quiet location, staff really helpful, Excellent optional breakfast, really convenient being able to leave luggage securely locked up after checkout so we could go exploring

"Great hotel"

We always stay at this premier inn due to the ideal location and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Check in is easy and the room was very clean and tidy. Beds are very comfy. We were in room 902, the view is dreadful, it's a brick wall and the room gets no natural light. Fine if your only staying 1 night but not great if you're there for longer. The breakfast was yummy with plenty of choice.

"Fabulous hotel with very kind friendly staff"

Had an excellent stay. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We were in London to take part in a half marathon, we requested a slightly later checkout. The staff were very accommodating and couldn’t have done more to help.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the hotel on bed and breakfast. The room was big and comfy, albeit the road a tad noisy. Balloons for kids at the weekend was a nice touch

Having stayed at Premier Inn London County Hall Hotel not so long ago, we decided to try here instead of trying there again. It is very conveniently located to so much of London's tourist attractions and a short walk to Waterloo station. Check-in was quick and easy, there is self check-in machines available too. We were on the 11th floor and the views were amazing given that its situated in central London. Despite this hotel not having a Premier Plus room option, the rooms we felt were kitted out to Premier Plus standard albeit on the small side and without the fridge and the Nepresso machine which is probably why its not advertised as a Premier Plus room. The bar and dinning area are located on the basement floor, the bar offered a happy hour 5pm-7pm which did an amazing value deal 2 pints of Guinness for £9, not bad considering 1 pint usually is about £7 in London. We decided to partake in the evening meal deal which included breakfast the next day. The food was so much better than at Premier Inn London County Hall, the evening meal was on par and the breakfast surprised us the most as it was fairly hot and fresh. The staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.
