"A very disappointing experience."
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for what I wanted. The room was furnished well and had what I needed. The cleanliness was attrocious. The whole hotel looks sad, unloved and in need of a very good makeover. The carpets are dirty, the disabled room has a bathtub and not a walk in shower and I had to ask for a nonslip bath mat. I am appalled at how unloved the whole place looked with wrinkled, dirty, old, threadbare, taped together carpet. Cool coffee in the morning and food that looked like it had been sitting under warming lamps for hours made the breakfast definitely not worth the money.

"Disgusting sewage smell for 3 night stay and no resolution"
The breakfast and staff at breakfast were the only good thing
We couldn't even get into our room until after 4pm, plus room, with no coffee pods or enough towels for two people.
Still waiting for my response to complaints stayed in room 310 - A disgusting cabbage/sewage smell for 3 days. Reported to reception every day and twice on the last day. Sent a complaint online form - reply can take up to 5 days ( its been nearly 10!) . No other rooms to move us to and told it was not unusual for an accesible room to smell like that when we insisted she smell our room. The manager in the evening said that there were no notes recorded our complaints. I am so upset by the stench and lack of care to resolve the matter. We paid over £700 for 3 nights to smell sewage with no resolution or post stay guest relations response.

"Avoid at all costs"
We had a terrible experience at this hotel two weeks ago. When we arrived, we were told there was no hot water. We were then assured there would be hot water the following morning. There wasn’t. That evening we returned to find a pile of vomit outside our rooms. We reported it to reception. They did nothing - it was still there the next morning. That evening, there were still traces of the vomit which hadn’t been properly cleared up. The next day we were woken by a fire alarm and had to leave the building in our night clothes as part of the ground floor was flooded. There wasn’t fire alarm continued on and off even when we returned to our rooms. We phoned and were promised a refund but so far nothing has been forthcoming. This is a very badly managed hotel which disgraces the Premier Inn brand.

"Awful"
Room was fine. However no running water in the morning so could not shower, brush teeth etc. The fire alarm was going off for at least 30 minutes. There were no staff around to talk to or explain what was happening, eventually I had to leave. As I left without alerting the reception staff to the fact my room had no running water (despite the entire hotel being without running water) a refund has been refused. Do not stay here.

"Not so Premier!"
A very poor relation to the standard Premier Inn. Starting with the positives, great location for Wimbledon, decent price for 3 nights and the lovely Maria who worked in the restaurant. The only staff member we ever seemed to see. Negatives...very outdated premises. Corridor has grubby carpeting which smelt fusty. Same in the room. Terrible decor, lacking counter /desk space, no fridge, though iron and board were both on request. Shower was over a bath, steep and slippy with no bath mat, just a tatty curtain. Wall had been plastered and not painted. Chair was dirty and stained. Paint on walls was dull and grubby. No phone and no one ever on reception. Extra single bed was not made until our last day. Double bed was ok bit not standard Premier Inn comfort o style. Wasn't even made properly! Hot breakfast food was cold. Overall not like any other Premier Inn Ive used before. Will not stay here again. Tolgarth Rd was so much better. Disappointing stay.
