"Exceptional service and food"
Had a great stay, bed was comfy.
The breakfast was really well prepared and the service was really fast and friendly. Teressa & Derisa were both very good and they had nice moods and thier service was excellent. Good job to HR team who hired these lovely ladies.

"Fab location and staff"
What a fab premier inn. Great location and beds comfy. Premier plus rooms all you could want and more.
Special mention to Megan at breakfast - went above and beyond because my wife has a milk allergy and couldn't do enough to make sure she didnt consume anything that would make her poorly. Came to us the next morning to check how things were and if we enjoyed our day the day before !

"Better customer service needed"
One one bed sheet and towel in room for twin beds had to drap sheet over both single beds and one towel and hand towel
Was given extra items but not much customer service and only offered a soft drink for inconvenience.

Denisa and teresse on reception were very friendly and accommodating. Good food in the restaurant and a nice room

"Not safe- INTRUDERS - Avoid"
I stayed at the London Wandsworth Premier Inn on Thursday 19 March where I had booked two twin rooms for myself and three other female colleagues while attending an award ceremony.
Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.
Upon arrival, I specifically asked reception staff to reassure me regarding the safety of the hotel, and I was assured that the premises were secure. However, during our stay, we encountered several issues:
* There was a strong smell of cannabis in the corridor and cigarette smoke in the lift on our way out to the event.
* On returning at approximately 1:30am, we were alarmed to find intruders to the hotel wandering the bedroom corridors, with night staff in the process of escorting them off the premises. This made us feel unsafe, and we felt compelled to barricade our room door. As a result, we did not sleep properly.
* The following morning, both rooms experienced serious issues with the showers. One bathroom flooded, while in the other, water was leaking from the ceiling and through a light fitting, making it unsafe to use. A member of housekeeping advised that this “often happens” when contractors check for legionnaires disease!
I reported both the security concerns and the shower issues to reception upon departure.
Given the seriousness of these issues—particularly the safety concerns and unusable facilities—I asked for a full refund for both rooms and an investigation into the security issues.
Their ‘guest relations’ is atrocious and this complaint is ongoing with me being fobbed off by numerous different people saying the hotel hasn’t responded to their email! Given the seriousness of the complaint I find this totally unacceptable!
Avoid this hotel at all cost!
