There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Sainsbury’s underneath the Hotel. The cost is £12 per 24 hours if paid via Horizon Spaces website and £10 if paid using the QR code displayed at hotel reception. Please note there is a height restriction of 2.7 metres in place. The car park’s ground floor has 24-hour access, while upper floors are locked between 9pm and 8am.

"Clean comfortable quiet."
I have stayed at this Premier inn regularly. I had booked a superior room ( which gives ultimate WiFi/ fridge/ top floor). Location is fab. Buses outside. Southside Shopping centre with Decathlon. Boots. Waitrose Whsmith. TKmax. MegaSainsabuy's. With secure coverd parking for £12/24hr. Food is always up to standard. After check out, luggage storage is possible until the end of the day . But above all , all the staff are good and extremely helpful and willing. Naveen - duty manager - nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for looking after me.
"Horrible Experience! Hire more staff"
We stayed over the weekend and the experience was appalling. No phones in the room, tried to contact reception and no one responded. My wife went twice and couldn’t find anyone around. The room had damp smell and for the first time premier inn disappointed us! The room view was blocked with scaffolding works and no compensation or information was given upon arrival.
"Quick trip to London"
Was in London for a few days, location was excellent and hotal was perfectly good for the budget hotel brand. Everything was clean, bed was comfy.
"Sloppy Service Causes A Poor Experience"
On check in we noticed that a member of staff had a child there with them and the child was roaming around with load volume on his phone. He was stationed in the restaurant area but allowed to roam. Not a good look whilst guest were waiting for check in. The evening Food Service was terrible and despite only 4/5 tables being occupied we waited 1 hour for the food to arrive and then it was cold and had to be re-done. Also, items were not served causing further delay. Only 1 staff was rushing round trying to deal with everything! Not a good experience at all.
