There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Victoria Station (SW1W 9SJ) just a 5-minute walk from our hotel and is managed by APCOA Parking. Parking is charged at £30 from Monday – Friday for 24 hours, £15 for 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. There is electric car charging spaces available alongside spaces for Blue Badge holders, please note there is a height restriction of 8'6 metres in place. Alternative, chargeable off-site parking is available at Q-Park (SW1V 4LR) just a 10-minute walk from our hotel and is £30 per 24 hours Monday – Sunday. Please note there is a height restriction of 6’3 metres in place and there is electric car charging spaces available. Limited chargeable street parking is available at £3.60/hr max. 4 hours stay. Mon - Fri 8:30 - 18:30. Parking is free outside of these times inc. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please note that the street parking is not managed by the hotel.

"Stop & go!"
Either Lusher made a mistake, at the reception Mr. Mohit Bali helped us with the storage of our luggages while we were visiting London on our last day of vacation. Thank you again and greetings for your helpful hand!

Lovely basic room for a family of four, breakfast great and location perfect for our needs near theatre. Staff were fab, friendly and helpful.

"Woefully understaffed but decent"
Came here for a 4 night stay as it was ideally located for us. On arrival we were greeted by Mohit who was so so helpful and pleasant. Our first room was no6 and we spent 25 minutes relaxing and the noise was immense from the road so we went to see Mohit and he changed us and was so much better. Room was clean and tidy. On our 2nd night we payed for meal and breakfast combo and it was ok at best but Larissa was so good in the restaurant. They have happy hour for drinks but no one is ever at the bar. I had to change 1 drink as it was flat but had to wait 15 minutes to be seen to change it. We arrived back at various times in the afternoon and see no one at reception. It’s a shame as the staff they have seem really good but they need help as it reflects badly on this hotel.
