London Uxbridge hotel

Great reception and welcome from Raakesh have been here before will certainly be back nice rooms and E V charging. Many thanks.

This hotel is fantastic in my opinion. The rooms are clean and modern. The food is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stay at this hotel regularly and are always made to feel welcome. I especially rate Raakesh and Hamza who always go the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

After delays on M25 got off at Uxbridge junction and found premier inn on sat nav at 10.45pm, drove their and was greeted at reception by an extremely helpful gentleman called Raakesh who sorted me a room at short notice and made my awful journey bearable. Many thanks Raakesh

Went out their way to make sure our group had rooms near eachother and breakfast offered cook anything fresh we wanted ..

I've stay there 4/5 times a year, great location, parking, for Uxbridge and Underground/Tube into London. 5th Sept, good check in person at the reception, very good. Room is good , basic but al right for a night or 2. Bathroom could do with a GRAB Rail on the wall (in my opinion). I have had the meal deal which is good and evening meal has been very good, can get in bar at 5 but food not open till 6pm, only Hotel guests can use??? Last 2 times had Breakfast there, but not greatly enjoyable, on the cold side some items, No juice once!, had to ask twice for toast to be put out? kept in a cupboard, its only cheap bread why ration it? The food dishes not always full and have to wait to be topped up. There were very few people in there!!!, guy in charge was very good. The place has no atmosphere. I wont eat there again till it improves, Ill have dinner at pub opposite General Elliot, they do earlier afternoon times and will have Bfast in Uxbridge. Hotel is good especially if you get it at 50 to 60 pounds, but restaurant is poor overall, used to be buzzing. Please get your act together, its CUSTOMER SERVICE.
