"Great hotel, friendly staff, free parking and easy to get into London"
Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Great location, 15 min walk to underground and shopping area with plenty of choice. Parking is free and loads of spaces. Beafeater breakfast always good and excellent value especially with children under 15 being free. Staff are really lovely and can’t do enough for you. Raakesh is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very good value on a Sunday night especially. Pretty canal and river walk close by and a couple of nice traditional pubs with a nice atmosphere.

The parking was great! the room was very clean and good size. friendly atmosphere on arrival. Raakesh was very helpful and kind. very good value for money. nice and quiet! the pub opposite was very nice and the beefeater! and a nice canel walk!

Overall good but could do better. Had to have disabled room due to availability. Milk off could not use. Room had lowered bath. Had a shower but water was leaking from under bath. Dangerous especially if you were disabled.
