    I cannot fault. 100% a wonderful hotel with absolutely friendly staff. Special thanks and a huge credit to the whole uxbridge team who are very professional and provided an outstanding efficiency service throughout our stay along with other staff members within the restaurant/bar side when dinning & on breakfast. Our stay was totally amazing from being welcomed really well to being looked after throughout our stay. Even with a few/little team of staff still pleased receiving a great customer service.

    The rooms smelled like damp and condensation - in fact it looks like they’ve painted over the damp patches. The corridors smell like sick. Old tired rooms, bathroom wasn’t clean, the worst premier inn I’ve ever stayed at. Now I know why there’s places to park!

    Great hotel and much better option for Uxbridge than the one by the bus station. This hotel has free parking, a way bigger bar and restaurant and the staff were great. The room was really clean and the bed a s comfy as Prem Inn always is. Breakfast was excellent. The best Prem Inn breakfast for some time. If you are planning a trip to Wembley Stadium or Arena, this hotel is a great option. Just off M25 via M40. Easy to find. It's only a 10/15 min walk to the tube station on the metropolitan line, you are straight there in under 30mins.
