      "Very helpful to a businees person staying at this hotel"
      Raakesh Bhatti was extremely helpful in sorting an important IT problem which was beyond my understanding. He was also very pleasant in the bar and restaurant. Top Man

      Pleasant stay in a new location I wasn't aware of on Uxbridge. Well appointed and spacious reception/ restaurant areas. Friendly, courteous staff.

      Absolutely Fantastic Stay Here,Down at Wembley for The Challenge Cup Final & this Hotel is in a superb location for the Tube with only a 15 min walk into the centre off Uxbridge where there is a abundance of bars & food if you want it.Great staff who cant do enough for you,Only thing i would recommend is take a plug for charging your phone as there isn’t any usb sockets.

      Room not well maintained. Window hinge broken, loose henge soap holder, curtain loose at both ends. Shower very hot. Temperature could not be adjusted. Duvet dirty and very stained. Breakfast reasonable, no fresh juices and fruit was also tinned. Staff were friendly.

      I’m staying here at the moment in room 202. Driving through the area I was worried as it’s very run down. Anyway the hotel itself looks nice and it’s clean. The windows not opening are making me feel claustrophobic and the room feels stuffy even with air con on. Somthing that really ruined my experience was the shower head being overhead. I could not remove it and the pressure was not very good from so high up. It barley penetrated my hair when trying to wash it.
