London Uxbridge hotel

Used this hotel when we went to Legoland and it was perfect for us. The location isn't too far a drive away and was very clean and well looked after. There was plenty of car parking spaces and you just have to register your registration when checking in to avoid any fines. We didn't book breakfast as we didnt know what we would be doing but it was quick and easy to pay on the day and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. They dont have kiosks to check in so doing a check in on the app is pointless but we was seen quickly by a member of staff despite it being around 8.30pm when we checked in. Overall, I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again for trios to London area.

I been staying here since January, staff are polite, rooms are clean, however the service in the resturant of late had got poor, even though the staff work very hard, x3 times now my food order has been forgotten or very late coming out, I think your service team should grow to accomidate the resturant, your service team x 3 have to manage serving taking customer orders, manning the front desk, and any other situation, and kitchen 2 staff, overheads i understand but serious is reputation not everything

Exceptional service from Ricardo, Raakesh, Saron, Alison, and the rest of the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly that always go above and beyond. They couldn't be more accommodating. And the cleaners are excellent too and the rooms are kept nice and clean. But I would recommend wrapping the desk due to the surface starting to peel Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed and dined at the Premier Inn Uxbridge and had a genuinely great experience. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived, which set the tone for my stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the service throughout was outstanding. I even spoke with the Restaurant Manager, Raakesh, to make sure I could leave a review - something I don’t usually go out of my way to do. Really appreciated the warm, attentive service and how welcome they made me feel.
