"Bad communication and service"
I booked one rooms for my elderly in laws( Room 812) and another room(Room-802) for me my wife and 7month old baby on 19/06/25 and 20/06/25, on the day of arrival we cheeked in bit late around 12;30am and i asked the reception that can you able to cancel my 20/06/25 booking as i have booked by mistake, he replayed that i have the standard booking and he cant cancel the booking and i don't get any refund till this time i was thinking i booked the room for two nights, Next day morning there was new member of staff in reception and we had our breakfast at around 9:40 and gone back to our room and 812 key card was not working so i took to reception and they apologised and done the key when i went back 802 key card was not working so i have to take back to the reception and they made to work till this point i was not told i have booked the rooms for only 1 night and not two nights, we went to sightsee London and came back around 12:00am went to the room 802 and room is clean and empty all our things are missing i left my elderly in-laws sleeping 7month old and my wife in room and went to reception and there was a same male receptionist and other female receptionist she said i have booked the room for only one night and you shouldn't be here, i asked her for our belongings and she went to the clock room and got properties from room812 but belongings from room802 which had all our baby essentials including medicines and formula milk bottle where missing and no where to be seen, i Asked all my family to come down as we don't have any booking, we all waited until 2:30am in reception with our little baby not sure what to do and the receptionist said all i can do is apologise and ask the day time manger regarding missing items, I have to drive my 7month old baby, elderly in-laws back home in middle of the night and stress i have to go through with no milk available for my baby and sleep less night ,They did called in the next day morning to let me know they found our things and posted to us.
"THE BEST HOTEL EVER"
It was the best! I had an awesome nights sleep because of the bed. And my back didn’t ache When I was lying down! The breakfast was awesome! I would definitely recommend this for people who goes to Wembley Stadium to see dua lipa (like me) because when you come back to the hotel you can just have a nice relaxing shower and flop onto the bed and have a good sleep! 5 stars!!
"Great"
The breakfast was great, best premier inn breakfast I’ve had in a few years and the chef was so lovely asked us how our day was which was refreshing!!! Even if you’re not staying the breakfast is worth it better than the weatherspoon down the road!!

The hotel is ideally located—just a short walk from the station—making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything you need for a restful night. The amenities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, Sammy, whose professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly stood out. Sammy went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable, demonstrating genuine care for guests and a clear commitment to excellence. It’s rare to see such hands-on management, and it made a big difference in my overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Uxbridge area. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you again to Sammy and the entire team for a memorable stay!
"Great stay"
Stayed at their Uxbridge hotel, premium room. Excellent service, especially from Sammy at reception. Very grateful to Sammy, who has been most helpful and friendly and went out of his way to help. The room was nice, clean, great shower, comfortable bed.
