Excellent food accommodation very friendly and efficient staff

Fantastic staff. My room was a bit cold and I got caught in a downpour unexpectedly so was cold and wet! Staff at reception immediately turned the heating on in my room and made my stay a much more enjoyable one. Very hard working and helpful. Fantastic assets to the hotel.

Great hotel, found this hotel when looking for somewhere close enough for attending The Weeknd concert at Wembley Stadium. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has every thing you could need. Staff are lovely and very helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel but there is option for breakfast and there is a bar/restaurant. Location it is a great base for reaching both Wembley (25mins) and Central London (40mins) on the train. Uxbridge station is literally 2 minutes across the road. There is a bus station, shopping centre, restaurant's and high street on your doorstep. Very convenient location and very reasonably priced compared to hotels closer to the city. There isn't any free parking at the hotel but there are plenty car parks around the area. We used the Just Park app and parked in the Sainsburys around the corner which was cheaper. Would 100% stay here again if visiting London or Wembley again.

The location was perfect for our plans, the atmosphere was amazing and all the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and quiet. This is our go to place when we plan a visit to London, we have been coming back here for many years.

Visit for concert. Location is the fine. Staff is top. Rooms are clean. Guys from reception cleaning and serving on bar. Absolutely legends. Thnanks to Niko and rest of the staff for our stay.
