London Twickenham Stadium hotel

My friend & I booked 2 rooms as we were attending a 3 day convention at Twickenham Stadium. My friend had a premier plus room which included air con, a fridge & an iron & ironing board. I had a standard room which was advertised with none of the extras. We were staying in one of the heatwaves & so I was really pleased to realise that ALL the rooms have air con! The room was spacious with a TV & a large bathroom with rain shower & bath. All spotlessly clean. The cleaner didn’t visit to clean unless asked to do so which I felt was sensible & you could request clean towels as & when required. Breakfast can be included in the stay or paid for separately. This was served Nextdoor at The Winning Post, where you will find Sharon & Jack who are speedy in taking orders (hot breakfast isn’t self service here although cereals, toast & pastries plus drinks are). Although not employed by Premier Inn, they also made our stay a happy one. At lunch time or in the evening you can also eat there. It’s so convenient being just a few steps from the hotel. I can’t complete this review without mentioning the staff on reception & the one cleaner that I met….. they were all without exception so friendly, caring & professional making our stay a very happy one. Hotel is very good, with good parking and Whitton Train Station to London Waterloo is nearby, about 10 min walk. Breakfast is good at nearby Pub contracted by the hotel.

Neat hotel with exceptionally friendly staff in a great location. Ample parking for a car and within walking distance to the local train station for direct access to London. The English breakfast was hearty and filling.

Stayed here for one night in late July. The Premier Plus room was spacious, clean and most comfortable. The air conditioning worked particularly well in the hot weather. Ruchika on Reception was charming and especially helpful. We would certainly stay here again, as there are so many places of interest close by, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and Hampton Court.

Our second night in we was woke up at 02.25 am with next rooms tv on loud my husband went to reception to let them no ,they went knocking on door with no reply an this went on all night till 8am till he left room , requested a cleaner on a certain day and she never came reception staff had to change our towels an empty bins. We stayed in a standard room quite spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
