"Great position for access to Tower Bridge, River Thames, Tower of London and the river clipper boats. Great staff"

Fantastic location. Took about 15 minutes to walk straight down to Tower Bridge, the River Thames, the Tower of London and the clipper taxi boats. Check in was not as good as in some Premier Inns we have stayed in as one of the self check in machines wasn’t working and we couldn’t verify our room card on the system. Waiting at the desk took a long time. The room and bed was comfy and spacious. The window faced the main road which could be noisy in the day but didn’t keep us awake at night. The only issue we had was you have to ask to have air con or heating on in your room these days. The weather was very hot whilst we were there so we asked for the air con to be switched on - this didn’t happen. The staff in the bar and dining room were absolutely great. Lovely people, good at their jobs and extremely friendly and efficient. We would go back if we went to London again

"A special break for a special daughter."

A little 2 night break to visit the sights and a bit of shopping. Can not fault the room. Location is a 10-15 min walk from London Bridge station. Staff all very friendly but a special mention to Jan and Vinny who work in the Social bar. The both of them couldn't do enough. Jan was wonderful and really chatty(when she got time) and made such an effort to be helpful.

Location was spot on , right where we needed to be . Staff were fantastic, very friendly and couldn’t help enough. Special mention to vinay in the restaurant who was so polite and courteous, an absolute gentleman. Without a doubt we will be booking here again.

Love the service at the restaurant. The bed was super comfortable, the service was great, and the food was 10/10. Great location easy to find , atmosphere amazing love the happy hour. Spotless, toilets really shine.
