"Great hotel for a sightseeing trip"
We stayed at premier inn Tower Bridge for 4 nights. Location was great - 10 minutes walk from the Tower of london, 5 minutes from London Bridge underground. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only dined in the hotel for breakfast and felt that this was a very good standards for a buffet style meal. The only drawback was the lack of storage space in the room. A small clothes rail and no drawer space anywhere. As a family of three travelling we would have liked a little more storage for a four night stay. Regardless of this the hotel was great for what we needed on a sightseeing break and would happily make a return visit.

"No working air con - reported but not dealt with"
We stayed here. Room was clean but only one towel left for two people and the air con did not work which was terrible in the 30 degree heat this weekend. Towel sorted easily. The receptionist came to look at the air con and turned it down (which we had already done). He said it was working and I informed him that there was no cold air blowing out. We were about to head out to a gig and he said he would make sure it was working when we were out. Came back early hours to the room being like an oven. Didn't sleep and did not report it again as it was in the early hours. I reported it on line the next day only to be told that it was working and they hoped we enjoyed our stay. We would have if we had slept! Would not go back to this hotel and I will avoid premier inns from now on. Standards have dropped massively.

"Location over everything"
The location of the hotel is great however there was no phone in the room and we didn’t get through when we rang the main hotel number. We needed an extra towel as there was only one in our twin room. we also needed an iron. easily could’ve been avoided, but instead we had to trek from the top floor down for both requests
There’s also a mould problem in this hotel. You can smell it as you walk-through and it was also present in our bedroom and bathroom.

"Great position for access to Tower Bridge, River Thames, Tower of London and the river clipper boats. Great staff"
Fantastic location. Took about 15 minutes to walk straight down to Tower Bridge, the River Thames, the Tower of London and the clipper taxi boats.
Check in was not as good as in some Premier Inns we have stayed in as one of the self check in machines wasn’t working and we couldn’t verify our room card on the system. Waiting at the desk took a long time.
The room and bed was comfy and spacious. The window faced the main road which could be noisy in the day but didn’t keep us awake at night.
The only issue we had was you have to ask to have air con or heating on in your room these days. The weather was very hot whilst we were there so we asked for the air con to be switched on - this didn’t happen.
The staff in the bar and dining room were absolutely great. Lovely people, good at their jobs and extremely friendly and efficient.
We would go back if we went to London again
