"Customer Delight At Breakfast"

Outstanding customer experience from the breakfast team! When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, Anna, Maria and Reny (I think - sorry if that's wrong - it all happened so quickly!) all immediately 'sprung' into action and brought her some fabulous breakfast presents... chocolates, prosecco and a lovely cake, plus a lovely rendition of 'Happy Birthday'.

"I would recommend this hotel to other people."

Tower bridge location was very central. Close to amenities. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We has a family room for four which was a standard room with two extra beds. one of the beds was a folding bed so was not very comfortable. The amenitiesin the room were standard. No fridge but there were tea and coffee facilities with extra supplies available at any time. The breakfast was a good standard, the tables were clean and the staff were very friendly and worked effieciently. This was agreat value for money hotel and provided everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this hotel to other people.

Excellent experience staff were brilliant and helpful especially the breakfast team, we had breakfast on 16th-18th August and the gentleman on duty were very considerate of my wife's allergies very attentive and happily moved us to a bigger table when we needed, couldn't rate this hotel and breakfast more would definitely visit again.

"Budget Friendly Hotel"

Good value for money, especially given the location. However, the carpet and bathroom weren't as clean as I'd hoped. Overall, it's a safe and budget-friendly hotel. Investing in better carpets and cleaner washrooms will take this hotel from budget-friendly to great!

"Princess and the Pea"

The London Tower Bridge Premier Inn is located about a 10 minute walk from the tube, which makes in convenient to travel into the City. The breakfast is really good, the dinner was average. Our room was located on the back and we founf it very quiet. I think if yur room over looked the main road you may find it a bit noisier. We booked a twin room, and i was expected twin beds, but it was a double bed and i sofa bed i think. The double bed wasa really high, you almost needed ladders to climb into it, hence my light hearted comment about The Princess and the Pea , that people of a certain age will remember from the Ladybird books. Fortunately there was no pea and the beds were very comfotable.
