"Good stay and lovely breakfast"

Good stay at the hotel. Breakfast is very good and staff in the restaurant are lovely! Also nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Reasonably priced by London standards anyway and kids ate for free. Our family room was very small for a family of four and the hotel is a little bit away from the closest underground stop but has great bus links and there are good cafes nearby.

"Great"

I’ve stayed in many Premier Inn’s and this was by far one of the best. Great staff who can’t do enough to help, lovely new restaurant and check in area. The rooms are well soundproofed clean and comfortable. There’s a shop across the road and a Papa Johns. It’s within walking distance of Tower Bridge and lots of restaurants as well as a short walk from the tube station. There’s also lots of tourists around so feels very safe. Only issue is the road noise if you’re facing the road, lots of sirens but it’s a city so can’t be stopped

"A better premier inn"

We stay in quite a few premier inns and this one is one of the nicest we’ve been in. The staff were very welcoming, especially when the self check in didn’t work, and the man on the desk was so friendly. The room was clean and pretty quiet (not as thinner walls as most premier inns) and the air con wasn’t noisy. The downside was the bathroom was tired and the skirting board and the bath panel had all warped and coming away. The hotel is quite a walk from the nearest tube station so not a close distance for travel and if you have suitcases you’d probably need some transport.

"Very good"

Rooms clean, beds very comfy, pillows good if you ask for thin ones. Bathrooms a bit tired but still decent. Getting out of bath an issue for older and less able people and can be slippy with only the towel rail to hold onto. Breakfast was good value for the price with decent number of options. Staff were exceptional with Maria looking after us and really making an effort but lots of smiles and effort all round from all the staff so 5 stars on that front. We were a family of 4 with two kids 11 and 12 and for a 5 night stay the family rooms are pretty tight for space but still easily doable. Would definitely come back and there is brilliant cafe culture a stones throw away on Bermondsey Road and great area to have coffee and drinks.
