We stayed at Tower Bridge premier Inn for our to trip to London for our sons 6th birthday. The staff were amazing from the moment we walked through the doors. So pleasant, friendly and helpful. The downstairs of the hotel is lovely, very bright, clean and welcoming. The staff left a lovely box of maltesers with a birthday note for our son which he was made up with! Our room was clean and had the basics but was a little tired and needed a little TLC. I expected it to be a little better for a premier Inn plus. We would stay again purely because it was in a good location and the staff made it! The breakfast was excellent too! Great value for money especially with kids eating free!

"Cleanliness and Food not up to standard"

Hotel needs a refresh. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been, feels like a lot of corners are being cut with the cleanliness and the food. The toilet wasn’t even properly clean on our arrival in our room, I had to complain and ask for it to be cleaned. The cleaning is not being attended to in the way a hotel should be for its customers. We had the meal deal for the weekend but the food is below average, I couldn’t even eat the cooked breakfast the first morning for all the grease and we decided not to eat there on the last night as the food wasn’t the best. I used their customer toilets before checking out of the hotel about 8am in the morning and they hadn’t even been cleaned from the day before. I really think they need to up their game at this hotel, it’s not the same as it used to be.
