London Tower Bridge hotel

Everything was good, the location, atmosphere and breakfast.

we stayed here last night and had dinner the service was pretty Rubbish

Very happy with our stay , it is a good 20 minute walk over Tower Bridge but we found it a very pleasant walk. We probably wouldn’t book again at this hotel as we would have liked something a little closer as getting taxis is a little hit and miss , Ubers cancelling etc but that’s not the hotels fault but dragging your case over the bridge wasn’t an option and being stuck in the traffic trying to get to the hotel wasn’t fun. The hotel staff , room and food we couldn’t fault. We upgraded our room so had a view of the gherkin, and it was very quiet at night so sleep wasn’t an issue. Our first impression was the hotel looked tired and a little unkept from the outside but once inside we couldn’t fault it. Lovely dining area

Not only is this a convenient location, but it is clean and well manned. Dining and bar on site. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional!!

Location of this hotel is about a 5min walk to Tower Bridge and a good 17min walk to the nearest underground ( London Bridge) and about 30min to the London Eye depending on time. The Atmosphere we can't really comment on as were there for only one night. The room was a standerd room but needed a good revamp. Everything was clean but looked tired. All the fabric on the bed base was frayed and ripped, all the lower panels in bathroom had blown( like water damage) some paint in the corners had started to peel and also the room had no USB sockets which is a must these days. Value for money. We payed £122 for 1 night, £14.99 for Premier inn Breakfast, £12.99 for Continental Breakfast Total & 149.98 for the night. So an ok price for London. Cleanliness seemed good throughout down stairs until we got to the third floor, there was a bad smell in the lift area and through the corridor and the carpet was stained and looked dirty. Noise level will depend where your room is as it's on a very busy main road. We had a roon in the back and looked over some tennis courts and was very quiet at night. The service from the staff was really good from checking in, Breakfast time and checking out. One thing I don't understand is the pricing for Breakfast that Premier Inn charge. I paid £14.99 for the cooked breakfast for myself and also paid £12.99 for the Continental breakfast for the wife. When we down for breakfast we could have had anything as it's not monitored. This is one thing Premier Inn should look at an maybe just charge one price fro breakfast. Would I stay here again-- probably not as it really needs a good revamp and a bit to far out
