"Great"
Fantastic hotel great customer service especially from jan who gave us great recommendations and was funny and enthusiastic highly would recommend and would come back next time we are in london.
"Amazing"
We travelled down from Liverpool to see coldplay in Wembley and didn't know our way around London. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Jan. Jan was very funny and has amazing customer service. She gave us suggestions on where to go while we were staying in London and was always making us laugh. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant and bar served great food and drinks throughout the day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next time we're in London.
"Overnight in London"
Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Limited food options close to the hotel; but available a short distance away.
"Very nice"

"Horrible Barman and missing in action waiter"
The room was very comfortable clean and couldn’t ask for better. Check in was confusing because I had already checked in online before arriving but still had to wait to after 3pm to check in again get room cards sorted etc. Went out round London and came back and asked if restaurant was closed. Was told by receptionist it closed at 9.30pm but would reopen at 11pm and do pizzas and curry dishes. Went down at 11pm to order and an Indian waiter said all there was only margarita pizza, nothing else so I thought ok. Waited an hour then asked the barman where the waiter went and could he perhaps check where he had gone. The barman on shift today was extremely rude, awful customer service, very obnoxious and only concerned with getting himself a cup of coffee, he definitely wasn’t going to break a sweat or stress himself out. The waiter had literally disappeared. I didn’t hang around I wasn’t that hard up for a pizza which the delightful barman would probably spit on anyway, so left. It’s a pity because I was very pleased with this hotel until I went downstairs to the bar and restaurant- I wouldn’t recommend descending to the restaurant and bar. Dreadful. Won’t be back.
