London Tottenham Hale hotel

I thought the hotel wasn’t very clean. A little dirty the throughout hotel. The food in the restaurant for dinner was not good. The staff were fine. The only reason to stay here is it’s close to Tottenham Stadium if you’re going to a match. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any other reason.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in the 40 years I’ve travelled. We pre checked in on the app but their machine was broken. We had 4 rooms but the guy checking us in aggressively said we didn’t. Never ever be back!!

Very well situated to local underground station, just a shame that its extremely dirty in the area of the station. Excellent price for location to central London and a good Premier. Two members of staff went above and beyond when we had a minor issue - Thank You Carla and Daniel.

Was great. Easy access from Station

Great location, not a great welcoming! Arrived at 10 minutes passed my check in time and was immediately greeted by a member of staff who huffed and puffed at us because we had early check in (11:00 am) which we was paying for as it was on our booking, had to wait a further 10 minutes for our room to be ready and ended up having to wait a further 5 minutes after that as it still wasn’t ready. Finally checked in got our key and was ready to pay I then got told quite rudely I can’t pay cash (you can I googled it and emailed premier inn prior to this) I confronted him about it and I was told yes I can pay cash but they prefer card payments but they accepted cash and he was just being difficult about it. Got into the room it was your standard premier inn room only ours was hairy and had claw clips under the bed!! Carpet is definitely dirty I do recommend taking slippers or keeping your shoes on as my feet was filthy after getting out the shower putting socks on and walking back into the room for all of 20 seconds being on that floor! Asked multiple times for the bins in the room to be emptied and the used towels to be taken away and by the time we was leaving we had a big pile of rubbish and a pile of used towels. Lift broke down on us luckily on the ground floor and we pressed the emergency button and explained we was stuck in the lift they just ignored us after answering, we then called the reception and we heard staff talking and the phone just ringing and ringing , bed was comfy and luckily clean , air con was nice , bathroom was standard (had to get our own toilet roll), food was mediocre apart from the breakfast , evening staff was amazing!! but all in all I cant complain about a short stay there but if your planning 4+ days I wouldn’t bother.
