"The staff are so professional and so kind!"
The staff at the Premier Inn London Tottenham Hale are the best! Professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special shout-out of thanks tonight to Zena and Chef Alina and Ruxondra! I arrived at the dining room at 9pm, not realizing that 9pm was the closing time. They graciously worked together to let me order and to freshly cook Fish and Chips for me to take up to my room. They were so kind! And the food was delicious!
"Excellent service"
With my friends we went in to have a meal but were disappointed when told that it wasn't going to open until two hours later. However, when Zena (she must have been the chef) saw that one of us had trouble walking, she offered to open it right there and then. Now that's what you call service. I take my hat off for Zena!
"2 nights in London"
Spent 2 nights at the hotel. Easy check-in even late at night. Very helpful staff. The hotel has a restaurant attached where you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice atmosphere and again, the staff were very helpful. Nice selection of food at breakfast. Rooms were basic but clean. Could have done with a mini fridge. Bed was very comfy. Soft mattress, no aches and pains in the morning.

Had a lovely check in with Zena, she was extremely helpful, she made me feel extremely relaxed as I have travel anxiety. 100% recommend coming here, and if you are lucky enough to have Zena on the desk she will make sure you have a wonderful stay

Room was very clean everything was at a very satisfactory level ...I use this hotel alot and I'm pleased with the overall service definitely will continue to come back.
