London Tottenham Hale hotel

The location is really good, just two minutes from train and tube. Shopping center with lots of grocery stores and other stores across the street. Good variety of restaurants for breakfast in the neighborhood. Football lowers, Tottenham stadium od close. Room was too small for 4 of us.With additional bed you hardly could turn around yourself. Terrible damp smell with mold spots in the bathroom. Ventilation wasn’t working and you couldn’t open the window. For 5 days they emptied the trash bins ans changed towels just once after I asked them to do so. One out of two elevators was not in the function.

Never ever again. Premier plus room. Constant noise from air con even when aircon switched off. Had ear plugs but such a nasty pitch. How can this ever allow a good nights sleep. Avoid.

Hello, This was my second stay at the Premier Inn Tottenham Hale in roughly the last 18 months, and overall the experience was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was excellent, the facilities were very good, and the location is extremely convenient, especially being so close to the train and Underground station. That is a major advantage and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here again. However, there is one thing that really lets the hotel down. The carpeted area just after reception, around the lifts, was once again extremely dirty, heavily stained and visibly worn. I noticed exactly the same problem during my previous stay, so it is disappointing to see that nothing appears to have been done about it. For a hotel that is otherwise comfortable and well located, this is frankly embarrassing. Replacing or properly refurbishing that carpet would make a huge difference to the overall impression of the property. Everything else was very good, but this issue really needs to be addressed.

I thought the hotel wasn’t very clean. A little dirty the throughout hotel. The food in the restaurant for dinner was not good. The staff were fine. The only reason to stay here is it’s close to Tottenham Stadium if you’re going to a match. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any other reason.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in the 40 years I’ve travelled. We pre checked in on the app but their machine was broken. We had 4 rooms but the guy checking us in aggressively said we didn’t. Never ever be back!!
