London Tottenham Hale hotel

Small entrance but as I started checking myself in at the kiosk a gentleman came along and took over my check in process so it was fast and to the point. I was on 8th floor. The lift was a little bit tired (the doors took as long to open as the travel up/down). The room was big. It was a premium room with fridge and kettle/ coffee machine. Bottles of water available and little chocolates ( replaced every day when eaten!). You have to ask someone in reception to have the room services in the morning. The First Lady I asked on the first day ( 17th April) was great: she asked what I wanted to have done in particular which was helpful. On the second day ((18th April) a different lady gave me a bit of unnecessary attitude but relaxed when I didn’t react to it. On the penultimate day of my stay, I simply asked a cleaning lady who was working next to my room for a change of towel and she very kindly gave me what I needed. Checking out on 4th day was easy as I simply put the card in the box in the lobby. Rooms a fairly large and quiet and well organised. . I didn’t try the restaurant but did order a coke I was able to bring up to my room without any problem. All in all I recommend this chain of hotels.

Good service, well-maintained room and Saminah was a standout professional and very friendly. My recommendation to the Hotel would be to make it easier for the staff to know that people are waiting for service at the reception

Nice n quiet & a few stops in the tube from all the excitement & glamour, safe to travel to and from with ease (tube 5 mins from hotel) rooms are basic and beds /pillows are comfortable, no opening windows or air con so can be warm n stuffy if like me you like a bit fresh air every now & again . Shower/baths nice n clean and lovely after a days adventure.4th time here so great value for money . Breakfast full English help yourself or continental depending on yourself , either book it along with your room at the time of pay day by day if you don’t fancy it some days . Building work going on around the area but out most of the day and very quiet at night . Hotel service is faultless and everyone is vey polite . Costa near by if you need a hit before you feel alive like me . Retail park over the road for essential bits n bobs, Burger King , Lidl , b&m , jd sports etc very hand . Buy drinks sweets etc from there As vendy in hall of hotel should be wearing a mask & striped jumper ( rip off) M&M store too

My partner and I stayed here for three nights in mid-March 2026. After returning home, both of us developed identical, linear bite marks consistent with bed bugs (see photos). During our stay in London, we were always wearing coats and long sleeves outdoors—there is absolutely no other realistic explanation for where these marks came from. We were bitten in the hotel bed. We reported this to Guest Relations. Despite claiming the room was 'clear', they refused to provide any official inspection report, photos, or technician documentation to support their statement. After a few emails, they abruptly informed us they 'would not correspond further' and closed the case without any refund or meaningful resolution. The 'Good Night Guarantee' is a total lie. It feels like they are hiding the truth rather than taking responsibility for guest safety. If you do not want to risk bringing bed bugs back to your own home, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Consider this a warning to all future guests

Location was perfect, atmosphere was friendly. Rooms were clean, value for money. Had a peaceful night. Price was good.
