Great location, not a great welcoming!
Arrived at 10 minutes passed my check in time and was immediately greeted by a member of staff who huffed and puffed at us because we had early check in (11:00 am) which we was paying for as it was on our booking, had to wait a further 10 minutes for our room to be ready and ended up having to wait a further 5 minutes after that as it still wasn’t ready.
Finally checked in got our key and was ready to pay I then got told quite rudely I can’t pay cash (you can I googled it and emailed premier inn prior to this) I confronted him about it and I was told yes I can pay cash but they prefer card payments but they accepted cash and he was just being difficult about it.
Got into the room it was your standard premier inn room only ours was hairy and had claw clips under the bed!! Carpet is definitely dirty I do recommend taking slippers or keeping your shoes on as my feet was filthy after getting out the shower putting socks on and walking back into the room for all of 20 seconds being on that floor! Asked multiple times for the bins in the room to be emptied and the used towels to be taken away and by the time we was leaving we had a big pile of rubbish and a pile of used towels.
Lift broke down on us luckily on the ground floor and we pressed the emergency button and explained we was stuck in the lift they just ignored us after answering, we then called the reception and we heard staff talking and the phone just ringing and ringing , bed was comfy and luckily clean , air con was nice , bathroom was standard (had to get our own toilet roll), food was mediocre apart from the breakfast , evening staff was amazing!! but all in all I cant complain about a short stay there but if your planning 4+ days I wouldn’t bother.

Room was spacious and tidy. Staff were polite. Booked a room with air conditioning which worked well. Could barely hear other guests when in the room, just maybe the odd door closing on the same floor. There was a slight gap between the curtain and the wall which let a fair bit of light in but understandably it’s tricky to make a room completely dark!

It was nice to stay here at premier inn Tottenham Hale
The service was very good. The staff is asset here. Breakfast has so much variety. All transport is just walking distance.
