London Tooting hotel

This is our go-to hotel when we go to London. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast and evening meal. All the staff were friendly and the hotel has excellent links for public transport, we will be back x

the girl at counter mix black was extremely rude and in professional. we were family and one disable person i am the carer of him .we booked one family 202 for 4 nights and one single room203 for 4 nights and then today for further 2 nights. i have a disable person i am looking after him as a carer. for his room there was a special request on counter for two keys as i have to gave him medication and dinner.and get him to breakfast every morning. this morning on the second august payed for another two nights but the lady at counter refused to gave me another key. so i have to cancelled my booking at premier in tooting branch because of the nan friendly and rude behaviour of that lady . then we were waiting for refund there for two hours then she said you have to come after 3:00 as manager is not here .so still waiting for my refund. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER TRY PREMIER IN TOOTING BRANCH. ROMMS NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR 5 nights 2 times i requested and complained about cleaning. NEVER GO THERE SPACIAL WITH YOUR ELDERLY AND YOUR FAMILY. i have alll the pictures of missed room in cleaned.

We stayed in this hotel two years ago and service was excellent, hence our return. What a disappointment. We had a premium plus room, for which we paid extra as well as a family room. The housekeeping staff leave alot to be desired. Upon check in, shampoo and body wash bottles were empty, and bathroom floors were dusty and dirty. The next morning, we were shocked further. The housekeeping staff on our floor seemed surprised that they were required to clean the rooms. When queried with reception, we were told that first of all, reception would need to be notified every day if you wanted your room cleaned, after which they would put us on a list, and that only bathrooms would be tidied, not cleaned, water given( only in premium plus rooms)and towels would be changed. A full clean would only be done after 5 days. We stayed 10 nights so you can imagine how much we looked forward to that clean up after 5 days. All I can say is that my family and I will definitely not be returning to this hotel, despite the fact that its close proximity to halal restaurants and the tube stations make it the perfect place to stay. I travel extensively and I can accurately say that never have I been so disappointed by the lack of service in a hotel.

Good location and air-conditioning, terrible mattress ruined sleep. Convenient for public transport and local eateries.

Very friendly staff. Same greeted us with a smile even though we were very early for breakfast ☺️
