When they say family room defiantly not a family room like your all crammed into One room like sardines. Room had a loads of problems and restaurant not up to much giving people undercooked breakfast and some morning waiting up till nearly 40minutes for food. Some staff are e rude not very professional when you approach some of the staff not all . Definitely not worth the money we paid for it

We stayed from 9th to 11th August & purchased your dinner meal deals for £27.99 for my husband & myself When we arrived for dinner on 9th. We ordered, which the choices were limited as they said they didnt have some dishes & the same with drinks & puddings. my sons dinner didnt arriving & had to reorder it. We found the room we were in tatty & hot even with the air con on. We went down to Breakfast at 9am Which was Under staff as there was only 2 staff members, trying to serve, clear away, restocked & welcome guests We were showed to a table but there was No hot or cold food & just a few sausages which were cold & tasted like cardboard No Hot water for hot drinks & the machines weren't working No Bowls, cups. Glasses or Cutlery. Chef complained about equipment not working in the kitchen & he wasn't coming in the next day unless they fix it. When my husband went to the toliet out of 3 toilet 2 were locked, out of order. None had soap. We chose to leave & find somewhere else to eat which then cost us.

We stayed here as it was a very cheap 1 night option when visiting Chessington. Chessington is 10 minutes away so the location is perfect for that. The hotel was quiet and comfortable but felt understaffed. Would've given it 4 stars because of price and convenience but was frustrated by the £13 parking charge. It was discounted but still...

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food in restaurant is terrible. All drinks ordered didn’t arrive at table. Don’t bother. Breakfast was a joke. Hardly any cooked breakfast items. No white bread for toast. No cups for tea or coffee. No juice glasses. No pastries or muffins. No fruit. We went at 9am and breakfast finished at 10.30am so not as if we turned up late. The worst part was no parking! Was told to park at the station car park. No spaces. Then told to park at the football stadium car park. Asked on the stadium car park and was told if we parked after 2am it was a £100 fine. Still driving around after 30 mins and asked at reception again and was told sorry if no spaces they don’t know where to park! What an absolute joke as visiting with 2 young children. Avoid if your visiting chessington world of adventures.
