    "Weekend break Thorpe Park and Chessington"
    Clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful comfy mattress, plenty of food at breakfast. Sangara was so smiley! The young lad at check in was really pleasant and helpful too.
    "Family breakfast buffet"
    We went there just for buffet breakfast as a family for a weekend treat which was really good value as children eat free. Staff were really friendly and helpful, unfortunately I did not get the name of the staff managing the hot buffet, he arranged vegetarian sausages and bacon for me with no issues and a big smile- very much appreciated! Another staff Mani was also very friendly - as were all staff helping at breakfast. We felt very welcome. Food wise it was the usual hot full English breakfast buffet- sausages, bacon, fried and scrambled eggs, mushrooms etc. The continental buffet had all the usual, toast, crumpets, pastries etc but also organic yoghurt which I loved!, fresh fruit salad, muesli, cereal, muffins and much more! We would definitely recommend this for a good value family breakfast and would go back!

    This Premier Inn site looks impressive at first but BEWARE the rooms are dirty, corridors rundown, lifts needs cleaning and carparking below ground has limited space and is very tight. I cant for life of me understand why it was built / design so badly seeing its was brand new built next to supermarket HQ. The room we were given did NOT have working aircon and windows does NOT open. It was so hot that day that by midnight we had to complain and were moved to another room. Luckily there was room, otherwise we would have left the hotel and gone to another one. We found out that other guests also had the problem on that 4th floor. The hotel should have checked and verify before letting the room out. Its was very un-professional of them. We did not eat there as there's plenty of better food nearby in Tolworth. Would we stay here again ? Over my dead body. NOP. 2 out 10.

    We had a fantastic one night stay here. It’s perfect for getting into central London with trains every 30 minutes to Waterloo station within a 2 minute walk. Claire the manager was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was clean, cosy and our room was lovely. It was well kept and the beds was very comfy. It was a lively quiet hotel with everything that we needed. Will definitely be back again!

    Claire went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the experience memorable. She is an asset to your company! We need more Claire’s at Premier Inn!
