    "Good"
    The rooms are clean and welcoming!!! Vivi and Claire are the most welcoming people. There is no noise in the room and you can rest peacefully.
    "A bit of pre-planning would have made check-in work fine"
    Room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. However, check-in was hopeless - long queues, key card machine wasn't working. Why don't they have the keys ready and waiting for when you arrive?

    Overall I had a very nice stay. Everything was perfect. Peter the receptionist he helped me to book taxi on his own mobile. Very helpful staff.

    The windows don't open and the air con is rubbish. Room was boiling Shower / water pressure is pretty lame too Rest of the room was a good standard, clean etc
    "Majorly under staffed"
    Nice hotel but very short staffed. Waited nearly 2 hours to be seated for dinner even though the restaurant/ bar was nearly empty. Majorly understaffed . Waited a long time to order drinks and food. Wish we had gone elsewhere to eat now.
