DO NOT RECOMMEND!! WORST EXPERIENCE AND WE USE PREMIER INNS ALOT!!
We paid £125 for one night expecting a comfortable and welcoming experience, however we were met with complete rudeness and a total lack of customer service from members of your staff, Viviana and Gayatri.
During our stay, we were refused a meal and informed there was no parking available. What was most disappointing was the dismissive attitude shown when we asked for assistance or any possible solution. We were simply told that nothing could be done.
The behaviour of the staff was extremely unprofessional. In particular, Gayatri walked away during the interaction and returned with blue tack covering her name badge, which appeared highly inappropriate and gave the impression she was trying to avoid being identified after the complaint.
This experience completely ruined our stay and fell far below the standard we would expect from Premier Inn. We are very disappointed that after paying £125, we were treated in such a disrespectful manner watching others being seating to dine with yourself. We then sat down to order a drink in your restaurant sat for ten minuets for no one to take our order. The vending machine is out of order and when ordering Dominos to be delivered the manager moaned and said it’s not allowed they cannot be brought into the hotel.
I would appreciate this matter being investigated properly and would like a response regarding what action will be taken. Given the poor experience and lack of service provided, I also believe compensation should be considered.

"Restaurant, bar and staff numbers not big enough for busy periods"
Whilst it was a good stay, there were some very small bits which didn't make it worth a 5 star review. Room and hotel itself were perfect and staff were all friendly. It was a bank holiday weekend, a heat wave as well as half term so it was BUSY! The staff just couldn't keep up. There is a very small restaurant and bar and that weekend it just wasn't enough to service the number of people staying. More staff are needed for busy periods such as this. At breakfast, they could not keep up with putting out enough food which led to long waits.
