    "Thank you Claire"
    Hotel itself was pretty standard but unfortunately the EV chargers didn’t work. This downfall was made up with Claire in the morning at breakfast. I was a little late for breakfast and Claire got me seated and ensured everything was still available for me, even though she could have packed it all up. Great service and pleasant smile from her, so thank you Claire.

    Great hotel. Very friendly helpful staff (claire and richard). Good location for tolworth town and train station. Comfy rooms. Can recommend the barbecue chicken wings!

    The rooms are clean and welcoming!!! Vivi and Claire are the most welcoming people. There is no noise in the room and you can rest peacefully.

    Room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. However, check-in was hopeless - long queues, key card machine wasn't working. Why don't they have the keys ready and waiting for when you arrive?

    Overall I had a very nice stay. Everything was perfect. Peter the receptionist he helped me to book taxi on his own mobile. Very helpful staff.
