Hotel was easy to check in it is self check in but if you need to ask any thing you will be waiting a while as there was a large Que waiting to ask a question, there is not a designated reception.
We had a family room which was fine as the price you pay is good for this area however it was very very noisy!
Woke me and family up several times in the night as the air on from other rooms is just like having a large fan spinning which you can hear which is a huge problem as every room has their on. Equally we then had a series of pipe clicking at 0130 which also again woke every one up.
Upon arrival as there is no one their to greet you as it’s all online check in, there is no information in the room about any thing such as the breakfast timings so you have to go down to ask and wait in the queue as nothing on email confirmation telling you this or in the rooms so we booked brekfast but had no timings which would help!
The staff in the restaurant at were all very friendly and it was all very clean although did take a while as it was busy and only 3 staff on to do everything of you have time to wait around no problem.
If it was not for the constant noise I would stay again but to be woken up constantly every time this was too much.

"PLEASANT STAY BUT SLIHTLY SPOILT BY PARKING HASSLE!"
I like to stay at this Premier Inn due to location and quality of stay. Reception were quick to help with my automatic check-in. My room was clean, all amenities were working and I felt it was great value for money. The only thing that spoilt my stay was at the underground car park where the Horizon machine refused to accept my payment. I made a point of returning to reception where (special mention to MANI ) the parking was resolved. I know a friend of mine stayed here earlier in the yr and had the same problem, she ended up getting a parking fine from Horizon (she hadn't realised that the machine had not taken her payment)! Premier Inn need to urgently contact Horizon to check this machine and resolve any problems as it is ruining customers stay in an otherwise great hotel!!
