    "Great customer service from Jorge & Gabrielle"
    Fantastic experience at the Premier Inn Sutton - my child left a library book in the room after our stay and Jorge and Gabrielle made sure it was found and even organised for it to be posted back to us! Thank you so much - great customer service! We’ll be back next year.
    "Acceptable but not great."
    The hotel itself is fairly standard and consistent with what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The breakfast however was not the usual high standards. Food options running out with an hour still available; cold coffee; and a severe shortage of staff. The staff are clearly trying their best under trying circumstances, and appear to have no manager steering them. If the children did not receive free breakfast (ie if we had to pay for them) I would not have felt it was value for money at all. The price of breakfast here is higher than elsewhere but lower quality.
    "Comfort is key"
    We stay here anytime we are in the area. High standard of comfort and cleanliness on each visit. If a problem arises, there is no need to complain, once you mention it to staff they will do their best to resolve the issue. This was the first visit where we came upon an issue and it was promptly resolved. Staff are not happy if the customer is not happy. Great staff, great service = great stay.

    Stayed one night for Wimbledon visit. Easily found car park across the road and charge at £7.50 was good. Check in was self service. Had a room overlooking a building site but no noise in the morning. The lift was dirty inside and not cleaned by the morning Easy to find many restaurants and shops in the road behind. I didn't think the breakfast was up to even normal PI standards. There was a family there with a man in his pyjamas! Waitress said they weren't allowed to tell them to go and get dressed. Not acceptable and management should back them up and set a standard. One of the children had an e-scooter in there too. Sutton well placed for park and ride at Morden
    "Disabled rooms"
    I woke with back ache and the Disabled room is well equipped with a wet room but the position of the wardrobe restricts the monoeverability of my wheelchair, also it's about time these places had rooms with hoists and adjustable beds .
