London Sutton hotel

I regularly stay as does my wife [every month] at Premier Inn, Sutton but recently have found the fixed high price asked for Saturday nights now involving me to search other sites, including Booking.com. I discussed your rates with one the front reception staff who tried a search to find a "good price" for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and other venues are £40 - £50 cheaper, as most Saturday nights are £100+. This has now made me look elsewhere via Booking.com. Its even.cheaper to approach the hotels direct. I am.sure I am.not alone in raising the high "Saturday night" cost. I am.returning.in May 2026 and this may well.be.my.last stay at Sutton unless you drastically reduce the Saturday night charge. Two more stays in June and September you have now lost as I will go elsewhere. Very disappointed. Love staying at Sutton, close to.visit friends.

We booked this hotel for a couple of nights stay on Easter weekend, staying near family. We'd booked a family room and when we arrived the room was virtually full with a king size bed and two single beds side by side with no space at all in between. There was just a narrow alleyway to walk through at the end of the bedds. The bathroom was very good and we had tea, coffee and milk and plenty of clothes hangers in the room. The pillows and bed were comfortable. We had a problem however with the temperature in the room. It was too hot on the first night and the air con would only go to a minimum of 19 degrees which it never reached throughout our whole stay. The temp was between 22.5 and 27 degrees all the time we stayed. On arriving home late the first night I went downstairs to reception to ask for a couple of extra duvets so I could sleep on the floor in the line of the air con, where it was cooler. We waited and waited and I had to go down a further two times to ask again and I was reassured with the person on reception that somebody was definitely coming and we just had to wait a little bit longer. That person never came and by that time it was after nearly 1am. This was very discouraging as it resulted in a very poor night's sleep. I think part of the problem was that the person b reception could not understand or speak basic English and it was therefore difficult to communicate. They clearly couldn't communicate with their colleagues either. The next day we managed to get some duvets from the lady changing the rooms and I slept on the floor which was not particularly comfortable but thankfully much cooler! Apart from this our stay was adequate and served a purpose and we had a very apologetic manager on reception before we left, which alleviated our dissatisfaction somewhat. The staff in the hotel works benefit from more training on ensuring people staying at the hotel get what they need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location. Shops and bars on hand . Quiet. Clean room. Nice restaurant attached. Easy for commuting. Easy check in and out

A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Checked in easy, he room was super clean and tidy. We had a very comfortable night's sleep in a very clean bed, the bedding was spotless! We would definitely stay again. Good value for money 🙌🏻

We always stay at this hotel when we visit family. It is clean, well maintained and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
